Nicholas Wind Baker, 20, in case 24-CR-113, pled guilty to class D felony theft of property from $2,000 to $10,000, and was sentenced to four years in a TDOC facility, receiving credit for time served pretrial, all suspended and supervised, and ordered to pay costs plus $5,000 in restitution and to complete 100 hours of unpaid community service. He is to follow all rules of probation, to have no contact with victims or witnesses about the subject of this prosecution, must submit to random drug and alcohol screens, must maintain full time employment or be a full-time student and all weapons and contraband (including cash) are forfeited to the arresting agency.
Hilario Rubio, 44, in case 25-CR-28, pled guilty to class D felony theft of property $2,500 to $10,000, and was sentenced to four years in a TDOC facility at 30% service prior to release eligibility, receiving credit for time served pretrial, all suspended and supervised, and ordered to pay costs plus $3,652.97 in restitution. He is to have no contact with victims or witnesses, must submit to random drug and alcohol screens, must maintain full time employment or be a full-time student and must follow all rules of probation.
Sharroy Luefulton Helms, 50, in case 23-CR-26, pled guilty to counts one/two (merged), class B felony sell of schedule II cocaine greater than .5, and was sentenced to nine years in a TDOC facility at 30% service prior to release eligibility, receiving credit for time served pretrial, and ordered to pay costs plus $2,000 in fines and $260 to the Chester County Sheriff’s Department Drug Fund. He is to have no contact with victims or witnesses. Docket numbers 23-CR-27, 23-CR-27, 23-CR-28, 23-CR-29 and 23-CR-35 are concurrent with each other.

Sharroy Luefulton Helms, 50, in case 23-CR-29, pled guilty to counts one/two (merged), class C felony manufacture/deliver/sell/possession of schedule II drugs, and was sentenced to eight years in a TDOC facility at 35% service prior to release eligibility, receiving credit for time served pretrial, and ordered to pay costs plus $2,000 in fines. He is to have no contact with victims or witnesses if released. Docket numbers 23-CR-27, 23-CR-27, 23-CR-28, 23-CR-29 and 23-CR-35 are concurrent with each other.

Hunter Allan Bushnell, 29, in case 25-CR-22, pled guilty to counts one/two (merged) class B felony possession of weapon by a convicted felon and was sentenced to nine years in a TDOC facility at 85% service prior to release eligibility, receiving credit for time served pretrial, and ordered to pay court costs. He pled guilty to count three, class A misdemeanor possession of unlawful drug paraphernalia uses and activities, and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days in the Chester County Jail, with credit for time served pretrial, a minimum of 75% service prior to eligibility for work release, furlough, trusty status or rehabilitative programs. He is ordered to pay court costs plus $150 in fines. Bushnell pled guilty to counts five/four (merged), class A misdemeanor driving while license revoked – second or subsequent offense, and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days in the Chester County Jail, with credit for time served, a minimum of 75% service prior to eligibility for work release, furlough, trusty status or rehabilitative programs, and ordered to pay costs. All counts are concurrent with each other and consecutive to Chester County Circuit Court Dockets 24-CR-93 and 24-CR-94 with no work release and no post-plea expungement. All contraband (firearms, cash, Etc.) are forfeited to the arresting agency.
