Gwendolyn Denise Bond, 48, in case 24-CR-80, pled guilty to class A misdemeanor theft up to $1,000 and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days in the Chester County Jail, receiving credit for time served pretrial, a minimum of 75% service prior to eligibility for work release, furlough, trusty status or rehabilitative programs, and ordered to pay court costs plus $408 in restitution. She is to have no contact of any kind with victims or witnesses. This case is concurrent to 24-CR-81, 24-CR-82 and 24-CR-83.
Gwendolyn Denise Bond, 48, in case 24-CR081, pled guilty to class E felony theft of property $1,000 to $2,500 and was sentenced to two years in a TDOC facility at 35% service prior to release eligibility, receiving credit for time served pretrial, and ordered to pay court costs. She is to have no contact of any kind with victims or witnesses. This case is concurrent to 24-CR-80, 24-CR-82 and 24-CR-83.

She is to have no contact of any kind with victims or witnesses. This case is concurrent to 24-CR-80, 24-CR-81 and 24-CR-82.

Virginia Marie Fletcher, 45, in case 23-CR-95, pled guilty to counts one/two/three (merged) class B felony sell of methamphetamine over .5 grams and was sentenced to 12 years in a TDOC facility at 35% service prior to release eligibility, receiving credit for time served pretrial, and ordered to pay court costs plus $2,000 in fines. All counts are concurrent with each other and with a specified Madison County case.

Robert Anthony Aspiranti, 29, in case 24-CR-58, was found guilty of count one, class C felony aggravated assault – use or display deadly weapon and was sentenced to nine years in a TDOC facility at 100% service prior to release eligibility, receiving credit for time served pretrial. He pled guilty to count two, class A simple possession of a schedule VI controlled substance and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days in the Chester County Jail, receiving credit for time served, a minimum of 75% service prior to eligibility for work release, furlough, trusty status or rehabilitative programs and ordered to pay $250 in fines. He pled guilty to count three, class A misdemeanor possession of unlawful drug paraphernalia uses and activities and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days in the Chester County Jail, receiving credit for time served, a minimum of 75% service prior to eligibility for work release, furlough, trusty status or rehabilitative programs and ordered to pay $150 in fines. Aspiranti was found guilty of counts four/five/six/seven/eight/nine/ten (merged) class B felony possession of a weapon by a convicted felon and was sentenced to 13 years in a TDOC facility at 85% service prior to release eligibility, with credit for time served. All counts are concurrent. He is to pay all court costs and is to have no contact with the victim. Firarm is forfeited to law enforcement.
