He is held in the Chester County Jail in lieu of a $50,000 bond.

Barret Michael Jones, 25, in case 24-CR-72, was found not guilty by jury to count one, class A misdemeanor domestic assault and count two, class A misdemeanor false imprisonment.

Sharroy Luefulton Helms, 50, in case 23-CR-28, pled guilty to counts one/two (merged), class C felony manufacture/deliver/sell/possession of schedule II drugs and was sentenced to eight years in a TDOC facility at 35% service prior to release eligibility, receiving credit for time served pretrial, and ordered to pay court costs plus $2,000 in fines. Docket numbers 23-CR-26, 23-CR-27, 23-CR-28, 23-CR-29 and 23-CR-35 are concurrent with each other. He is to have no contact with victims if released.

Dwayne Keith Bryant, 64, in case 24-CR-111, pled guilty to count one, class C felony aggravated assault and was sentenced to six years in a TDOC facility at 100% service prior to release eligibility, all suspended and supervised by intensive probation, and ordered to pay court costs. He is to have no contact with victim or witnesses, must pass random drug and alcohol screens and must be a full-time student or employee. This case is to run consecutively to case 24-CR-68.
Rachelle Lynn Clemons, 58, in case 23-CR-70, pled guilty to count one, class C aggravated assault – use or display deadly weapon and was sentenced to three years in a TDOC facility at 100% service prior to release eligibility, receiving credit for time served pretrial, all suspended and supervised. She pled guilty to count two, class C felony aggravated assault – use or deadly weapon and was sentenced to three years in a TDOC facility at 100% service prior to release eligibility, with credit for time served. Counts one and two are concurrent. She is to follow all rules of probation and to have no contact with victims or witnesses, must submit to random drug and alcohol screens, must maintain full-time employment or be a full-time student, and must complete anger management class. All weapons and contraband (including cash) are forfeited to the arresting agency.

Nikolas Donte Whitledge, 23, in case 24-CR-40, pled guilty to count one, class A misdemeanor aggravated criminal trespass – habitation/school/hospital and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days in the Chester County Jail, receiving credit for time served pretrial, a minimum of 100% service prior to eligibility for work release, furlough, trusty status or rehabilitative programs, suspended and supervised by Community Corrections. He was found guilty to count two, class A misdemeanor domestic assault and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days in the Chester County Jail, with credit for time served pretrial, suspended and supervised by Community Corrections. He pled guilty to count three, class A misdemeanor vandalism up to $1,000 and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days in the Chester County Jail, with credit for time served pretrial, suspended and supervised by Community Corrections and ordered to pay all court costs plus $750 in restitution. Counts one and two are concurrent and count three is consecutive to counts one and two. He must pass random drug and alcohol screens, must be a full-time employee or student and must complete DV-26 class.

She pled guilty to counts three/four (merged) class A misdemeanor driving while license revoked – second or subsequent offense, and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days in the Chester County Jail, with credit for time served pretrial, a minimum of 75% service prior to eligibility for work release, furlough, trusty status or rehabilitative programs. She pled guilty to count five, class C misdemeanor speeding, and was sentenced to 30 days in the Chester County Jail, with credit for time served, a minimum of 75% service prior to eligibility for work release, furlough, trusty status or rehabilitative programs. She pled guilty to count six, class C misdemeanor driving unregistered vehicle on highway and was sentenced to 30 days in the Chester County Jail, with credit for time served, a minimum of 75% service prior to eligibility for work release, furlough, trusty status or rehabilitative programs. Count seven, class C misdemeanor financial responsibility law was filed nolle prosequi without costs, i.e., prosecutor will drop prosecution. She is to pay all other court costs. All counts are concurrent within this docket number and consecutive to a specified Hardin County case.
