Christopher Higdon, 41, Friendship, was arrested and charged with improper use of vehicle registration, obedience to required traffic control device, violation of implied consent with priors, evading arrest by motor vehicle, reckless driving, possession of a schedule II controlled substance .5 grams or over with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver, driving under the influence with one prior conviction, attempted reckless endangerment, attempted tampering with evidence and driving on a canceled/revoked or suspended license. He is held in the Chester County Jail without bond.
