Bobby Lee Harris, 67, in case 24-CR-110, pled guilty to counts one/two (merged), class A misdemeanor simple possession of a schedule II controlled substance. He was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days in a TDOC facility, receiving credit for time served pretrial, a minimum of 75% service prior to eligibility for work release, furlough, trusty status or rehabilitative programs, all suspended and supervised, and ordered to pay costs plus $750 in fines. He pled guilty to counts three/four (merged), class A Misdemeanor simple possession of methamphetamine and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days in a TDOC facility, receiving credit for time served, a minimum of 75% service prior to eligibility for work release, furlough, trusty status or rehabilitative programs, all suspended and supervised, and ordered to pay costs plus $750 in fines. He pled guilty to count nine, class A misdemeanor possession of unlawful drug paraphernalia uses and activities and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days in the Chester County Jail, with credit for time served, a minimum of 75% service prior to release eligibility, all suspended and supervised, and ordered to pay costs plus $150 in fines. He pled guilty to count 10, class C felony possession of a weapon – convicted felony drug offense. He was sentenced eight years in a TDOC facility at 85% service prior to release eligibility, with credit for time served, a minimum of 100% service prior to eligibility for work release, furlough, trusty status or rehabilitative programs, must serve 11 months and 29 days, day for day, in the Chester County Jail, with the remainder suspended, and supervised. Firearm is forfeited to the seizing agency. Counts five, six, seven, eight, 11, 12, 13 and 14 were dismissed. All counts are concurrent.
Daniel Treyvon White, 22, in case 24-CR-109B, pled guilty to counts one/two (merged), class C Felony possession of schedule I drugs with intent to sell – attempt. He was sentenced to eight years in a TDOC facility at 35% service prior to release eligibility, receiving credit for time served pretrial, all suspended and supervised, and ordered to pay court costs plus $2,000 in fines. He pled guilty to counts three/four (merged) class D felony possession of schedule VI drugs with intent to sell. He was sentenced to two years in a TDOC facility at 30% service prior to release eligibility, with credit for time served, all suspended and supervised, and ordered to pay costs plus $2,000 in fines. He pled guilty to count five, class A misdemeanor possession of unlawful drug paraphernalia uses and activities, and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days in the Chester County Jail, with credit for time served, a minimum of 75% service prior to eligibility for work release, furlough, trusty status or rehabilitative programs, and ordered to pay costs plus $150 in fines. All counts are concurrent. He is to follow all rules of probation, to have no contact with victims or witnesses, must submit to random drug and alcohol screens and must maintain full-time employment or be a full-time student. All weapons and contraband, including cash, are forfeited to the arresting agency. Supervision may be transferred to the State of Missouri.
