Arthur Carpino, 49, Piperton, was arrested and charged with possession of a schedule IV controlled substance, felony possession of drug paraphernalia, conspiracy possession of schedule II Methamphetamine .5 grams or over with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver, possession of a schedule II controlled substance and possession of a schedule III controlled substance.
