Bryan Jercole Ackeem Turner, 39, in case 25-CR-77, pled guilty to count one, class A misdemeanor false imprisonment and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days in the Chester County Jail, receiving credit for time served pretrial, a minimum of 100% service prior to eligibility for work release, furlough, trusty status and rehabilitative programs, all suspended and supervised, a period of seven months incarceration to be served prior to release on probation or Community Corrections, and was ordered to pay $100 in fines. He pled guilty to count two, class C felony aggravated assault and was sentenced to eight years in a TDOC facility at 100% service prior to release eligibility, with credit for time served pretrial, a minimum of 100% service prior to eligibility for work release, furlough, trusty status or rehabilitative programs, all suspended and supervised, a period of seven months incarceration to be served prior to release on probation or Community Corrections, and ordered to pay $100 in fines. Turner pled guilty to count three, class A misdemeanor domestic assault and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days in the Chester County Jail with credit for time served, a minimum of 100% service prior to eligibility for work release, furlough, trusty status or rehabilitation programs, all suspended and supervised, a period of seven months incarceration to be served prior to release on probation or Community Corrections, and ordered to pay $100 in fines. All counts are concurrent. It is not the intent of the court for duplication of Jail Credit to be applied to consecutive sentences. He is to pay all court costs. Probation is to be intensive. He is to have no contact of any kind with victim or witnesses, must submit to random monthly drug and alcohol screens, must be a full-time employee or student and must complete the DV-26 program.
Brian Joseph Westbury, 19, in case 25-CR-78, pled guilty to count one, class E felony assault on law enforcement officer and was sentenced to two years in a TDOC facility at 100% service prior to release eligibility, receiving credit for time served pretrial, a minimum of 100% service prior to eligibility for work release, furlough, trusty status or rehabilitative programs, all suspended and supervised, a period of 60 days incarceration to be served prior to release on probation or Community Corrections, and ordered to pay all court costs plus $10,000 in fines. He pled guilty to count two, class B misdemeanor resist stop/arrest/search (no weapon) and was sentenced to six months in the Chester County Jail with credit for time served, a minimum of 100% service prior to eligibility for work release, furlough, trusty status or rehabilitative programs, all suspended and supervised, a period of 60 days incarceration to be served prior to release on probation or Community Corrections. Both counts are concurrent with each other and with case 25-CR-80. It is not the intent of the court for duplication of Jail Credit to be applied to consecutive sentences. He must submit to random drug and alcohol screens, must be a full-time employee or student, must complete a DV-26 program and must comply with mental health and/or substance abuse treatment as recommended.
Brian Joseph Westbury, 19, in case 25-CR-79, pled guilty to class E felony vandalism $1,000 to $2,500 and was sentenced to one year in a TDOC facility at 30% service prior to release eligibility, receiving credit for time served pretrial, all suspended and supervised, a period of 60 days incarceration to be served prior to release on probation or Community Corrections, and ordered to pay court costs plus $1,310 in restitution. This case is concurrent to 25-CR-80. It is not the intent of the court for duplication of Jail Credit to be applied to consecutive sentences.

Westbury pled guilty to count three, class A misdemeanor vandalism up to $1,000, and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days in the Chester County Jail, with credit for time served, a minimum of 100% service prior to eligibility for work release, furlough, trusty status or rehabilitative programs, all suspended and supervised, a period of 60 days incarceration to be served prior to release on probation or Community Corrections. All counts are concurrent with each other and with 25-CR-78 and -79. It is not the intent of the court for duplication of Jail Credit to be applied to consecutive sentences. Probation supervision is to be intensive. He must pay all court costs and must pass random drug and alcohol screens, must be a full-time employee or student, must complete a DV-26 program and must comply with mental health and/or substance abuse treatment as recommended.

Westbury pled guilty to count three, class A misdemeanor vandalism up to $1,000 and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days in the Chester County Jail, with credit for time served, a minimum of 100% service prior to eligibility for work release, furlough, trusty status or rehabilitative programs, all suspended and supervised, and ordered to pay all court costs in addition to meeting conditions in 25-CR-80. All counts are concurrent with each other and consecutive to 25-CR-80. It is not the intent of the court for duplication of Jail Credit to be applied to consecutive sentences.
