Coby Riley, in case 25-CR-107, pled guilty to count one, class B misdemeanor driving on a canceled/revoked or suspended license and was sentenced to six months in the Chester County Jail, receiving credit for time served pretrial, a minimum of 100% service prior to eligibility for work release, furlough, trusty status or rehabilitative programs, all suspended and supervised, a period of 175 days incarceration to be served prior to release on probation or Community Corrections. He pled guilty to count two, class A misdemeanor possession of unlawful drug paraphernalia uses and activities, and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days in the Chester County Jail, with credit for time served pretrial, a minimum of 100% service prior to eligibility for work release, furlough, trusty status and rehabilitative programs, all suspended and supervised, a period of 175 days incarceration to be served prior to release on probation or Community Corrections, and ordered to pay all court costs plus $150 in fines. All counts are concurrent with each other and with Chester County 25-CR-108. It is not the intent of the court for duplication of Jail Credit to be applied to consecutive sentences. He is to follow all rules of probation, to have no contact with victims or witnesses, must submit to random drug and alcohol screens and must maintain full-time employment or be a full-time student. All weapons and contraband, including cash, are forfeited to the arresting agency.
Coby Riley, 21, in case 25-CR-108, pled guilty to count one, class D felony evading arrest risk of death or injury – vehicle involved and was sentenced to three years in a TDOC facility at 30% service prior to release eligibility, receiving credit for time served pretrial, all suspended and supervised, a period of 175 days incarceration to be served prior to release on probation or Community Corrections. He pled guilty to count two, class B misdemeanor reckless driving and was sentenced to six months in the Chester County Jail with credit for time served, all suspended and supervised, a period of 175 days incarceration to be served prior to release on probation. He pled guilty to count three, class A misdemeanor reckless endangerment – no weapon involved and was sentenced to two years in a TDOC facility at 30% service prior to release eligibility, with credit for time served, all suspended and supervised, a period of 175 days incarceration to be served prior to release on probation or Community Corrections. He pled guilty to count four, class A misdemeanor simple possession of a schedule VI controlled substance and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days in the Chester County Jail, with credit for time served, a minimum of 100% service prior to eligibility for work release, furlough, trusty status or rehabilitative programs, all suspended and supervised, a period of 175 days incarceration to be served prior to release on probation, and ordered to pay all court costs plus $250 in fines. Riley pled guilty to count five, class A misdemeanor possession of unlawful drug paraphernalia uses and activities and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days in the Chester County Jail, with credit for time served pretrial, a minimum of 100% service prior to eligibility for work release, furlough, trusty status or rehabilitative programs, all suspended and supervised, a period of 175 days incarceration to be served prior to release on probation and ordered to pay costs plus $150 in fines. He pled guilty to count six, class B misdemeanor driving on a canceled/revoked or suspended license and was sentenced to six months in the Chester County Jail, with credit for time served pretrial, a minimum of 100% service prior to eligibility for work release, furlough, trusty status or rehabilitative programs, all suspended and supervised, a period of 175 days incarceration to be served prior to release on probation. He pled guilty to count seven, class C misdemeanor obedience to any required traffic control device and was sentenced to 30 days in the Chester County Jail, with credit for time served, a minimum of 100% service prior to eligibility for work release, furlough, trusty status or rehabilitative programs. Riley pled guilty to count eight, class C misdemeanor obedience to required traffic control device and was sentenced to 30 days in the Chester County jail, with credit for time served, a minimum of 100% service prior to eligibility for work release, furlough, trusty status or rehabilitative programs. He pled guilty to count nine, class C misdemeanor registration expired and was sentenced to 30 days in the Chester County jail, with credit for time served, a minimum of 100% service prior to eligibility for work release, furlough, trusty status or rehabilitative programs. All counts are concurrent with each other and with a specified Chester County case and consecutive to a specified McNairy County case. It is not the intent of the court for duplication of Jail Credit to be applied to consecutive sentences. He is to follow all rules of probation, to have no contact with victims or witnesses, must submit to random drug and alcohol screens and must maintain full-time employment or be a full-time student. All weapons and contraband, including cash, are forfeited to the arresting agency.
Corey Dwite Wright, 33, in case 25-CR-103, pled guilty to class E felony vandalism $1,000 to $2,500 and was sentenced to two years in a TDOC facility at 30% service prior to release eligibility, receiving credit for time served pretrial and was ordered to pay court costs plus $2,089 in restitution. There is no work release and no post plea expungement.
