He was released from the Chester County Jail after posting a $10,000 bond.
Josh Woods, 64, Henderson, was arrested and charged with driving on a canceled/revoked or suspended license. He was released from the Chester County Jail with time served.

Sarah Perry, 42, Henderson, was arrested and charged with simple possession of a schedule VI controlled substance. He was released from the Chester County Jail on his own recognizance.
Allen Barham, 37, Henderson, was arrested and charged with contempt of court and aggravated assault domestic victim – serious bodily injury. He is held in the Chester County Jail without bond.
Steven Parish, 56, Selmer, was arrested and charged with simple possession of schedule II methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving on a canceled/revoked or suspended license. He is held in the Chester County Jail in lieu of a $3,000 bond.

Charles Channing Champion, 33, in case 24-CR-96-A, pled guilty to count one, class C felony methamphetamine – deliver – conspire, and is sentenced to eight years in a TDOC facility at 35% service prior to release eligibility and ordered to pay court costs plus $2,000 in fines. He pled guilty to count two, class D felony schedule II drugs – deliver – conspire, and was sentenced to eight years in a TDOC facility at 45% service prior to release eligibility and ordered to pay costs plus $2,000 in fines. He pled guilty to count three, class D felony contraband – intoxicant/drugs in a penal facility and was sentenced to eight years in a TDOC facility at 35% service prior to release eligibility. All counts are concurrent with 24-CR-95 and consecutive to 24-CR-61. There is to be no work release and no post-plea expungement.

Bayron Ariel Jimenez, 21, in case 25-CR-29, pled guilty to count one, class C misdemeanor driving without a license and was sentenced to 30 days in the Chester County Jail, receiving credit for time served pretrial, a minimum of 100% service prior to eligibility for work release, furlough, trusty status or rehabilitative programs, all suspended and supervised, and ordered to complete 100 hours of unpaid community service. He pled guilty to count two, class A misdemeanor leaving the scene of an accident – property damage and is sentenced to 11 months and 29 days in the Chester County Jail, with credit for time served pretrial, a minimum of 100% service prior to eligibility for work release, furlough, trusty status or rehabilitative programs, all suspended and supervised, and ordered to complete 100 hours of community service. Jimenez pled guilty to count three, class A misdemeanor theft up to $1,000, and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days in the Chester County Jail, with credit for time served, all suspended and supervised and ordered to complete 100 hours of community service. He pled guilty to count four, class C felony tampering with evidence and was sentenced to four years in a TDOC facility at 30% service prior to release eligibility, with credit for time served, all suspended and supervised, and ordered to complete 100 hours of unpaid community service. He pled guilty to count five, class C misdemeanor financial responsibility law and was ordered to pay $50 in fines. All counts are concurrent. He is ordered to pay all court costs and to follow all rules of probation, to have no contact with victims or witnesses, must submit to random drug and alcohol screens and must maintain full-time employment or be a full-time student. All weapons and contraband (including cash) are forfeited to the arresting agency.
Deanna Kaye Presley, 38, in case 25-CR-12, pled guilty to count one, class B misdemeanor driving on a canceled/revoked or suspended license and was sentenced to six months in the Chester County Jail, receiving credit for time served pretrial, a minimum of 100% service prior to eligibility for work release, furlough, trusty status or rehabilitative programs, all suspended and supervised by Community Corrections – a period of 30 days incarceration to be served prior to release on probation or Community Corrections. She pled guilty to count two, class C misdemeanor display of registration plates and was sentenced to 30 days in the Chester County Jail, with credit for time served, a minimum of 100% service prior to eligibility for work release, furlough, trusty status or rehabilitative programs, all suspended and supervised by Community Corrections, a period of 30 days incarceration to be served prior to release on probation or Community Corrections. She pled guilty to count three, class C financial responsibility law and was ordered to pay $50 in fines. She pled guilty to count four, class B misdemeanor resisting stop/arrest/search (no weapons) and sentenced to six months in the Chester County Jail, with credit for time served, a minimum of 100% service prior to eligibility for work release, furlough, trusty status or rehabilitative programs, all suspended and supervised by Community Corrections, a period of 30 days incarceration to be served prior to release on probation or Community Corrections. She pled guilty to count five, class A misdemeanor possession of methamphetamine, and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days in the Chester County Jail with credit for time served, a minimum of 100% service prior to eligibility for work release, furlough, trusty status or rehabilitative programs, all suspended and supervised by Community Corrections, a period of 30 days incarceration to be served prior to release on probation or Community Corrections, and ordered to pay costs plus $750 in fines. All counts are concurrent with each other. She is ordered to pay all court costs and is to follow all rules of probation, to have no contact with victims or witnesses, must submit to random drug and alcohol screens and must maintain full-time employment or be a full-time student. All weapons and contraband (including cash) are forfeited to the arresting agency.
Dennis Williams, 62, in case 24-CR-57, is charged with class A misdemeanor sexual offender registration form violation – attempt, and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days in the Chester County Jail, receiving credit for time served pretrial, a minimum of 75% service prior to eligibility for work release, furlough, trusty status and rehabilitative programs, all suspended and supervised by Community Corrections. He is to have no contact with victims or witnesses, must submit to random drug and alcohol screens, must follow all rules of probation and must continue to comply with sex offender registration regulations currently imposed due to prior convictions.
