Logan Hunter Kirby, 31, pled guilty to count one, class C felony aggravated domestic assault. He was sentenced to five years in a TDOC facility, at 100% service prior to release eligibility, receiving credit for time served pretrial, all suspended and supervised, and ordered to pay court costs plus $100 in fines. He pled guilty to count two, class A misdemeanor domestic assault, and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days in the Chester County Jail with credit for time served pretrial, a minimum of 75% service prior to eligibility for work release, furlough, trusty status or rehabilitative programs, all suspended and supervised, and ordered to pay costs plus $100 in fines. He pled guilty to count three, class A misdemeanor vandalism up to $1,000, and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days in the Chester County Jail, with credit for time served, all suspended and supervised, and ordered to pay costs plus $100 in fines. All counts are concurrent. Probation supervision is to be intensive. Defendant must pass random monthly drug and alcohol screens, must be a full-time employee or student and must successfully complete the DV-26 class.

Christopher Todd Gilbert, 51, pled guilty to class C felony theft of property $10,000 to $60,000. He was sentenced to six years in a TDOC facility at 30% service prior to release eligibility, receiving credit for time served pretrial, all suspended and supervised, and ordered to pay court costs plus $12,119.93. Diversion was originally granted on this case, January 23, 2015, however, due to a probation violation, diversion was revoked on Dec. 14, 2023 and the defendant was sentenced on April 4, 2024. The defendant is to successfully complete long-term treatment and enroll in Drug Recovery Court. He must submit to random monthly drug and alcohol screens.

He was sentenced to six years in a TDOC facility, at 100% service prior to release eligibility, receiving credit for time served pretrial, all suspended and supervised, and ordered to pay court costs plus $50 in fines. He pled guilty to count two, class A misdemeanor domestic assault, and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days in the Chester County Jail, receiving credit for time served, a minimum of 75% service prior to eligibility for work release, furlough, trusty status or rehabilitative programs, all suspended and supervised, and ordered to pay costs plus $50 in fines. Probation supervision is to be intensive. The defendant must pass random monthly drug and alcohol screens, must be a full-time employee or student and must complete D-26 class.
Woody Parish Presley¸ 53, pled guilty to class A misdemeanor violation of order of protection/restraining order, and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days in the Chester County Jail, with credit for time served, a minimum of 75% service prior to eligibility for work release, furlough, trusty status or rehabilitative programs, all suspended and supervised, and ordered to pay costs plus $50 in fines. He is to have no contact of any kind with victim or witnesses, must pass random drug and alcohol screens and must be a full-time employee or student.
