She must follow all rules of probation and is to have no contact with victims or witnesses, must submit to random drug and alcohol screens, must maintain full-time employment or be a full-time student. All weapons and contraband (including cash) are forfeited to the arresting agency.

King pled guilty to count five, class B misdemeanor driving while license revoked, and was sentenced to six months in the Chester County Jail, with credit for time served. He pled guilty to counts seven/nine (merged), class C misdemeanor fail or refuse to display certificate of registration, and was sentenced to 30 days in the Chester County Jail with credit for time served and $10 in fines. He pled guilty to count eight, class C misdemeanor financial responsibility law, and was ordered to pay $30 in fines. All counts are concurrent. He is to have no contact with witnesses or victims if release. All weapons and contraband (including cash) are forfeited to the arresting agency.

He pled guilty to count two, class A misdemeanor domestic assault and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days in the Chester County Jail, with credit for time served, a minimum of 75% service prior to eligibility for work release, furlough, trusty status or rehabilitative programs. He was ordered to pay costs plus $100 in fines. All counts are concurrent within this case and with other specified cases. Probation supervision is to be intensive. He must submit to alcohol and drug evaluation and successfully follow recommendations and must pass random drug and alcohol screens. He must be a full-time employee or be a full-time student and must complete the DV-26 class.

Young pled guilty to count four, class A misdemeanor evading arrest and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days in the Chester County Jail, with credit for time served pretrial, a minimum of 75% service prior to eligibility for work release, furlough, trusty status or rehabilitative programs, all suspended and supervised, and ordered to pay costs plus $100 in fines. All counts are concurrent with each other and consecutive to 23-CR-136. Probation supervision is intensive. He must pass monthly alcohol and drug screens and must be a full-time student or full-time employee.

Thomas Lynn Lott, Bethel Springs, 68, pled guilty to case 24-CR-62 counts one/two (merged), class B felony possession of methamphetamine over .5 grams, with intent to sell, and was sentenced to eight years in a TDOC facility at 30% service prior to release eligibility, receiving credit for time served pretrial, all suspended and supervised, and ordered to pay $2,000 in fines. He pled guilty to count three, class A misdemeanor possession of unlawful drug paraphernalia uses and activities, and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days in the Chester County Jail, with credit for time served pretrial, a minimum of 75% service prior to eligibility for work release, furlough, trusty status or rehabilitative programs, all suspended and supervised and ordered to pay $150 in fines. He pled guilty to count four, class B misdemeanor driving while in possession of methamphetamine, and was ordered to pay $100 in fines. Lott pled guilty to counts five/six/seven (merged), class A misdemeanor driving while license revoked – second or subsequent, and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days in the Chester County Jail, with credit for time served, a minimum of 75% service prior to eligibility for work release, furlough, trusty status or rehabilitative programs, all suspended and supervised. All counts are concurrent. He is to pay all court costs. Sentence is intensive probation with no work release and no post-plea expungement. The defendant’s driving privileges are suspended for one year or additional like period. He pled guilty to count three, class C misdemeanor registration expired and was sentenced to 30 days in the Chester County Jail, with credit for time served, a minimum of 75% service prior to eligibility for work release, furlough, trusty status or rehabilitative programs. Marbry pled guilty to count four, class C misdemeanor seat belt – 18 and older. He pled guilty to count five, class C misdemeanor financial responsibility law. He is to pay all court costs. All counts are concurrent with each other and consecutive to a specified Madison County Circuit Court case.
