Barbara Deanne Labossiere
, 40, was found guilty by jury verdict of counts one/two/12/13 (merged) class A misdemeanor driving on a canceled/revoked or suspended license, second or subsequent offense, and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days, to serve, in the Chester County Jail, receiving credit for time served pretrial. She was found guilty of count three, class A misdemeanor possession of prohibited weapons – attempt, and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days, to serve, in the Chester County Jail, with credit for time served. Labossiere was found guilty of count six, class B misdemeanor possession of a weapon by a convicted felon. She was sentenced to 20 years in a TDOC facility, to serve 45% prior to release eligibility, receiving credit for time served pretrial. All counts are concurrent. Labossiere is to pay court costs.
