pled guilty to class C felony theft of property $2,500 to $10,000, and was sentenced to four years in a TDOC facility at 30% service prior to release eligibility, receiving credit for time served pretrial, all suspended and supervised, and ordered to pay $1,274.66 in restitution and to complete 100 hours of community service. He is to follow all rules of probation, to have no contact with victims or witnesses, must submit to random drug and alcohol screens, must maintain full-time employment or be a full-time student. All weapons and contraband (including cash) are forfeited to the arresting agency. He must successfully complete current alcohol and treatment program. Successful completion of said treatment program is a condition of this probated sentence.

He pled guilty to count three, class E felony reckless endangerment – deadly weapon involved and was sentenced to two years in a TDOC facility with credit for time served pretrial, a minimum of 75% service prior to release eligibility for work release, furlough, trusty status or rehabilitative programs, all suspended and supervised, and ordered to pay costs plus $100 in fines. All counts are concurrent. The defendant must complete alcohol and drug assessment and successfully follow recommendations and must pass random monthly drug and alcohol screens, must be a full-time employee or a full-time student and must complete a mental health assessment and follow recommendations. All contraband is to be forfeited to arresting agency. Contact with victims/witnesses is permissible only by phone.

, pled guilty to count two, class A misdemeanor possession or casual exchange of methamphetamine and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days in the Chester County Jail receiving credit for time served pretrial, 30 days mandatory sentence length for the methamphetamine charge, and ordered to pay costs plus $750 in fines. He pled guilty to count three, class A misdemeanor possession of unlawful drug paraphernalia uses and activities, and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days in the Chester County Jail, with credit for time served pretrial and ordered to pay costs plus $150 in fines. Roach pled guilty to count four, class B misdemeanor driving while license revoked and was sentenced to six months in the Chester County Jail, with credit for time served and ordered to pay costs. He pled guilty to count five, class C misdemeanor fail or refuse to display certificate of registration, and was sentenced to 30 days in the Chester County Jail with credit for time served and ordered to pay costs. All counts are concurrent with each other and with a specified Hardin County case.
