Well, it has been a really hard year. A lot of things we all have faced with COVID, tornadoes, snow and ice, crime and government (politics). Wonder what 2022 will be. Just keep praying for God’s help.
Sorry it has been a while, I love writing but my husband fell on the snow and ice and had surgery, so you see I have been real busy.
I wanted to share some tips that might help some one down the road. Coming off the excitement of 2021, winter is still upon us – it seems to keep us down on life, but we are still around. We cannot let 2021 destroy us.

  1. Laughing is good for your heart and can increase blood flow.
  2. Breathing deeply through the day can increase circulation and decrease anxiety levels and reduce blood pressure.
  3. Walking outside, even in the cold days, can reduce negative thoughts and boost self-esteem.
  4. Exercise will actually give you energy.
  5. Climbing stairs can significantly improve your health overtime, plus it can help lose weight per year.
A lot of people make New Year resolutions to improve one’s self physically, mentally and spiritually. Why not do this all year long? What have we got to gain if we stop in just a few days?
Now just one more thing that we need to overcome – do not be negative and feeling sorry for ourselves. I have been there lately, and it is not good.
So I hope that this word of encouragement can help. We all should pray for our county all the time, and one another and help each other.
