Alexander-Climer Reunion Cancelled
The Alexander-Climer Reunion scheduled for Aug. 25 has been cancelled due to COVID.

CCHS Class of 2001 Reunion Aug. 28
The Chester County High School Class of 2001 will hold their 20th reunion at 6 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 28, at JL Acres. There will be dinner and music. Contact Ashley McCaskill for details – ashley.mccaskill@optum.com.

Wild Goose Shindig Aug. 28
The Enville Community Club and Fire Department will have a Wild Goose Shindig on Aug. 28. There will be barbeque pork, chicken, bologna, hamburgers, hotdogs, ice cream, popcorn, a silent auction, cakewalk (cake donations will be appreciated) and music by Bo Jack and band.  Come on out and be a part of the food, fun and fellowship. Activities are 4-9 p.m.

Trice Street Stew Sept. 11
The annual Trice Street Stew will be Saturday, Sept. 11, at 543 and 563 Trice Street at the homes of Darlene Jones and Matilda Massengill. If you would like to participate, please bring all meat donations on Friday, Sept. 10, and all vegetables before 8 a.m. Saturday morning. Stew will be ready to serve or picked up around 2 p.m. Bring your own containers.
Chester County Barbeque Festival Sept. 24-25
The 43rd Annual Chester County BBQ Festival is Friday, Sept. 24, and Saturday, Sept. 25. The Henderson|Chester County Chamber of Commerce is now accepting all vendor applications. Please visit https://chestercountybbqfestival.com/ for more information.”

Hope Outdoors Oct. 14
Hope Outdoors will host their annual dinner and auction from 6-9 p.m. Oct. 14 at The Barn at Snider Farms in Denmark, TN. Ticket prices are $500 for corporate table, $60 for couples, $40 for a single ticket, $20 for a junior ticket (ages four-13). Children three and under are free. Southwest Head Start Applications now
