CC Democratic Party Meeting Oct. 21
The Chester County Democratic Party meeting is scheduled for 6:30 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 21, at Henderson City Hall on the 2nd floor, 121 Crook Avenue in Henderson. FHU Associates Fall/Winter Rummage Sale Oct. 28-30
The Freed-Hardeman University Associates will be conducting their Fall/Winter Rummage Sale Thursday, Oct. 28, though Saturday, Oct. 30, at the National Guard Armory, 759 E. Main St. The sale will include household items, clothing and accessories, furniture, tools, books, etc. Masks must be worn. Times are 7:30 a.m.-5 p.m. Thursday, 7:30 a.m.-5 p.m. Friday (everything half-price) and 7:30 a.m.-noon Saturday (fill 13 gallon plastic bag for $5 or a 300 gallon plastic bag for $10; everything else half price).
Jacks Creek Fire Station Stew Sale Oct. 30
Jacks Creek Fire Station Annual Stew Sale fund raiser will be from 10 a.m. until sold out Saturday, Oct. 30, at the Jacks Creek Fire Station, St. Rt. 100 E and 22A. Cost is $20 per gallon. Henderson Hometown Shopping Tour Nov. 6
Beginning at 9 a.m. at the Sue Shelton White Park in downtown Henderson on Saturday, Nov. 6, stop by the Chamber of Commerce booth to receive a shoppers guide where you will find a list of great sales, deals, and specials at participating stores and restaurants.  The first 25 shoppers to come by the chamber booth will receive a free $5 ChamberBuck. Each time you make a purchase at a participating business, you can register for a chance to win $200 in ChamberBuck$! The more places you shop, the greater your chance to win!
Southwest Head Start Applications now
