Chester County Christmas Parade Dec. 2
The Chester County Christmas Parade will be at 7 p.m. on Thursday, Dec. 2.
CC Retired Teachers Meeting Dec. 8
Chester County Retired Teachers will meet at noon on Wednesday, Dec. 8, at the Hope Barber Shull Library on the campus of Freed-Hardeman University. The service project for members will be a $5 donation.  The money will be presented to Eagles Edge at Chester County High School.  Keith Brown will provide holiday entertainment. Please make plans to attend. Also, invite any retired teachers, administrators, and staff personnel to come as our guest. 
Lifeline Blood Drive Dec. 21
Lifeline Blood Services will be hosting a blood drive from 12:30-5:30 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 21, at Piggly Wiggly in Henderson. They will be giving away three $500 Visa gift cards to donors beginning Dec. 1-22 —all donors who give during this period qualify, regardless of where they donate.
Southwest Head Start Applications now
Southwest Head Start is now taking applications on three- and four-year old children for Chester County Head Start in Henderson. No fees for services. Let us take your application by phone: Lisa Brantley, 608-9102; Kristyl Hansen, 608-9049; or Head Start Center, 989-2561.
