Darryl Alexis Howard, 32, pled guilty to counts one/two/three/four (merged), class D felony possession of schedule VI drugs with intent to sell, and was sentenced to two years in a TDOC facility, receiving credit for time served pretrial, a period of six months incarceration to be served prior to release on probation of Community Corrections, a minimum of 100% service prior to eligibility for work release, furlough, trusty status or rehabilitative programs, one year and six months suspended and supervised, and ordered to pay costs plus $2,000 in fines. He pled guilty to count five, class A misdemeanor possession of unlawful drug paraphernalia uses and activities, and sentenced to 11 months and 29 days in the Chester County Jail with credit for time served, and ordered to pay costs plus $150 in fines. All counts are concurrent with each other and with other specified cases. He is to be supervised by Intensive State Probation, to have random monthly drug and alcohol screens, maintain full-time employment or be a full-time student.
Darryl Howard, 32, in a second case, pled guilty to counts one/two (merged), class A misdemeanor domestic assault, and sentenced to 11 months and 29 days in the Chester County Jail, with credit for time served pretrial, a period of six months incarceration to be served prior to release on probation or Community Corrections, a minimum of 75% service prior to eligibility for work release, furlough, trusty status or rehabilitative programs, and ordered to pay costs plus $50 in fines. All counts are concurrent with each other and with other specified cases. Probation supervision is to be intensive with six months split confinement sentence to be served day for day. He must pass random drug and alcohol screens and must be a full-time employee or student.

He pled guilty to count three, class A misdemeanor vandalism up to $1,000, and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days in the Chester County Jail, with credit for time served, six months incarceration to be served prior to release on probation or Community Corrections, a minimum of 75% service prior to eligibility for work release, furlough, trusty status or rehabilitative programs, five months and 29 days suspended and supervised, and ordered to pay costs plus $50 in fines. David Lee Burse, 41, pled guilty to counts one/two/four (merged), class E felony vehicular assault, and was sentenced to 11 years in a TDOC facility, at 45% service prior to release, receiving credit for time served pretrial. He pled guilty to count three, class E felony reckless endangerment – vehicle, and was sentenced to six years in a TDOC facility at 45% service prior to release eligibility, with credit for time served. All counts are concurrent. He is not eligible for work release or post-plea expungement. He is ordered to pay court costs, must complete DUI Safety School and MADD Victim Impact Panel within six months, driving privileges are revoked for a period of one year, ignition interlock is required for a restricted license during revocation period if eligible.
Timothy Alexander Gordon, 35, pled guilty to counts one/two (merged), class B felony schedule II fentanyl – .5 grams or greater, and was sentenced to eight years in a TDOC facility at 30% service prior to release eligibility, with credit for time served pretrial, and ordered to pay court costs plus $2,000 in fines. He pled guilty to counts three/four (merged), class B felony possession of schedule II cocaine with intent, and was sentenced to eight years in a TDOC facility at 30% service prior to release eligibility, with credit for time served, and ordered to pay costs plus $2,000 in fines. He pled guilty to counts five/six (merged), class D felony possession of schedule IV drugs with intent to sell, and was sentenced to two years in a TDOC facility at 30% service prior to release eligibility, with credit for time served, and ordered to pay costs plus $2,000 in fines. Gordon pled guilty to counts seven/eight (merged), class E felony possession of schedule VI drugs with intent to sell, and was sentenced to two years in a TDOC facility, with credit for time served pretrial, and ordered to pay costs plus $2,000 in fines. He pled guilty to count nine, class A misdemeanor possession of unlawful drug paraphernalia uses and activities, and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days in the Chester County Jail, with credit for time served, a minimum of 75% service prior to eligibility for work release, furlough, trusty status or rehabilitative programs, and ordered to pay costs plus $150 in fines. Gordon pled guilty to counts 10/11, class D felony possession of firearm with intent to go armed during commission of a dangerous felony, and was sentenced to three years in a TDOC facility at 100% service prior to release eligibility. He pled guilty to counts 12/13 (merged), class D felony possession of firearm with intent to go armed during commission of a dangerous felony, and was sentenced to three years in a TDOC facility at 100% service prior to release eligibility. Gordon pled guilty to counts 14/15/16 (merged), class D felony possession of a firearm with intent to go armed during commission of a dangerous felony and sentenced to three years in a TDOC facility at 100% service prior to release eligibility. He pled guilty to count 17, class D felony possession of a firearm with intent to go armed during commission of a dangerous felony, and was sentenced to three years in a TDOC facility at 100% service prior to release eligibility. Counts 18-33 were dismissed. Counts one-nine are concurrent with each other and with other specified cases. Counts 10-17 are concurrent with each other and consecutive to counts one-nine and other specified cases.
