Amanda Polston, 28, 764 Christy Loop, was arrested and charged with contempt of court. She is held in Chester County Jail without bond.
Ashtin Paige Wood, 25, Sardis, was arrested and charged with violation of community corrections – Misdemeanor. She was released from the Chester County Jail, to Madison County, after posting a $700 cash bond.
A Chester County resident reported several unauthorized debit transactions on his bank account, totaling more than $7,000. The transactions appeared to have originated in California.

Stacy Ann Givens, 46, Reagan, was arrested and charged with contempt of court. She was released from the Chester County Jail after posting a $5,000 bond.
Richard John Howard, 34, 643 Woods Dr., was arrested and charged with two counts contempt of court. He is held in the Chester County Jail in lieu of a $750 cash only bond.
Christopher Massengill, 36, 144 Harts Bridge Road, was arrested and charged with violation of Community Corrections – Misdemeanor. He is held in the Chester County Jail without bond.
Michael Morrison, 44, 727 Sanford Ave., was arrested and charged with domestic assault – Misdemeanor, possession of drug paraphernalia and simple possession/casual exchange – Misdemeanor. He is held in the Chester County Jail in lieu of a $5,000 bond.
James Matthew Walker, 37, Pinson, was arrested and charged with violating an order of protection. He is held in the Chester County Jail in lieu of a $10,000 bond.
Joe Allen Webb, 45, Lexington, was arrested and charged with contempt of court. He is held in the Chester County Jail in lieu of a $1,000 cash only bond.
A Chester County resident reported two unauthorized transactions on his bank account. The transactions included two cash withdrawals totaling nearly $1,000, and reportedly occurred in Arizona.
A Deputy responded to a Sweetlips Road property regarding a report of trespassing, documented by trail cameras. According to the report, trail camera photographs appeared to show a white male on a blue Polaris RZR entering and exiting the property.
A Deputy responded to a report of burglary at a Hwy 225 address. According to the report, entry damage was estimated at $50, and a red 5-gallon gas can was taken, valued at $40 with $15 in fuel.

Dalton Mitchell Connor, 21, Finger, was arrested and charged with violation of Community Corrections – Felony. He is held in the Chester County Jail without bond.
Shelby Lynne Miller, 22, 740 E Fourth St., was arrested and charged with possession of Methamphetamine, simple possession/casual exchange – Misdemeanor, and possession of drug paraphernalia. She is held in the Chester County jail in lieu of a $25,000 bond.

Jerimie Wood, 40, Humboldt, was arrested and charged with contempt of court. He was released from the Chester County Jail on his own recognizance.

Darrell Lee Graves, 43, Finger, was arrested and charged with aggravated assault and rape. He is held in the Chester County Jail in lieu of a million-dollar bond. The case is under investigation.

Paul Harbin, 60, Baughn Street, was arrested on a parole warrant. He is held in the Chester County Jail without bond.
A Deputy responded to Old Finger Road concerning a report of a woman injured in a tractor incident. According to the report, it appeared that while bush hogging, she hit a large ditch and was thrown from the tractor. She was transported to a medical facility where she later succumbed to injuries.

William Harold Ellison, Jr., 37, 1329 Parker Loop, was arrested and charged with contempt of court. He was released from the Chester County Jail after posting a $1,000 bond.
A Chester County resident reported possible trespassing on a Sweetlips Road property. According to the report, a young male was observed driving an ATV on the property. The deputy spoke to a family member of the alleged ATV driver, who informed the deputy that the juvenile was visiting and would be told to stay off the property.
A Chester County resident reported two puppies had been left behind at a rental property on Talley Store Road when the tenant moved. According to the report, a deputy contacted the tenant, who stated the puppies had shown up, as apparent drop-offs, prior to his moving out.
Vandalism was reported at a rental property on Old Montezuma Road. According to the report, the owner suspected a previous tenant had vandalized the property and had stolen a security door, windows and window awnings.
