Kenvaski Delvontee Thaxter, 37, Jackson, was arrested and charged with domestic assault, possession of a schedule VI controlled substance, introducing drugs into a penal facility, and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was released from the Chester County Jail after posting a $10,000 bond.

Wesley Mitchell Meeker, 56, 270 Stewart Road, was arrested and charged with domestic assault. He is held in the Chester County Jail in lieu of a $2,000 bond.
Deputies responded to the intersection of Enville Road and Sweetlips Road regarding two black cows in the roadway. According to the report, there have been numerous incidents regarding cows, donkeys and bulls roaming at large in the area. The complainant stated in addition to the roaming livestock, and a cow being hit by a vehicle in November, two donkeys had been hit and killed by a vehicle.

Deputies responded to a report that some person or persons had poured diesel fuel and attempted to burn a house under construction on Pisgah Road. Damage was estimated at $200.
