Kenneth Dwayne Ward, 32, pled guilty to count one, class A misdemeanor domestic assault, and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days in the Chester County Jail, receiving credit for time served pretrial, a minimum of 75% service prior to eligibility for work release, furlough, trusty status or rehabilitative programs, all suspended and supervised by Community Corrections. This sentence is to be served concurrent with a specified Chester County case and consecutive to a separate specified Chester County case. Ward was ordered to pay court costs, must pass random monthly drug and alcohol screens, must maintain full-time employment or be a full-time student and must successfully complete long-term inpatient rehab as a condition of probation.
