, 36, Bolivar, was arrested and charged with evading arrest, manufacture/deliver/sell/possession of controlled substance, two counts possession of schedule II controlled substance, possession of legend drugs without a prescription, possession of schedule I controlled substances, driving on a canceled/revoked or suspended license, violation of the open container law, possession of a firearm in association with dangerous felonies and tampering with or fabricating/destruction of evidence.

A truck was reportedly stolen from a Roby Road property. According to the report, the truck is a 1981 blue Chevrolet C20. Value was unknown at the time of the report.

Dakota Shane Burkeens, 22, 5605 Wilson School Road, was arrested and charged with contempt of court. He was released from the Chester County Jail after posting a $2,000 bond.
Bridget Olivia Crites, 25, Clifton, was arrested and charged with contempt of court. She was released from the Chester County Jail on her own recognizance.
Brandon K. Gettings, 27, Scotts Hill, was arrested and charged with third offense driving on a canceled/revoked or suspended license. He was released from the Chester County Jail after posting a $2,000 bond.
Isaac Hanson, 27, Medina, was arrested and charged with violation of Community Corrections. He was released from the Chester County Jail to Madison County Corrections.

, 26, 1595 Lott Road, was found guilty of counts one/two (merged), Class B felony possession of methamphetamine with intent to sell. He was sentenced to 10 years in a TDOC facility at 30 percent, receiving credit for time served pretrial, all suspended and supervised by Community Corrections. He was ordered to pay court costs plus $2,000 in fines and to complete 100 hours of unpaid community service. He must follow all rules of probation, have no contact with victims or witnesses, submit to random drug and alcohol screens, and must maintain full time employment or be a full-time student. Maness pled guilty to count three, Class A misdemeanor simple possession of schedule VI controlled substance. He was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days in the Chester County Jail, receiving credit for time served pretrial, all suspended and supervised. He was ordered to pay court costs plus $250 in fines and ordered to complete 100 hours of community service. He pled guilty to count four, Class A misdemeanor possession of unlawful drug paraphernalia uses/activities, and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days in the Chester County Jail, all suspended and supervised. He was ordered to pay court costs plus $150 in fines and must complete 100 hours of community service. All counts are concurrent.
Richard Lynn Ray, II, 32, Finger, pled guilty to class E felony indecent exposure to a victim under 13, and was sentenced to two years in a TDOC facility at 35 percent, receiving credit for time served pretrial. He was ordered to play court costs, must comply with sex offender registry and must submit to community supervision for life. This case is to be served concurrently with the next listed here. Ray, in a separate case, pled guilty to count one, class A misdemeanor community supervision violation, and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days in the Chester County Jail, to serve a minimum of 75 percent prior to eligibility for work release, furlough, trusty status or rehabilitative programs. He was ordered to pay court costs, and must continue to comply with sex offender registry and supervision for life. Ray pled guilty to count two, class E felony, violation of community supervision, and was sentenced to two years in a TDOC facility at 30 percent, receiving credit for time served pretrial and ordered to pay court costs. He was found guilty of count three, class E felony violation of sexual offender registry, and sentenced to two years in a TDOC facility at 30 percent, receiving credit for time served pretrial, and ordered to pay court costs. He was found guilty of count four, class E felony violation of the sexual offender registry, and was sentenced to two years in a TDOC facility at 30 percent, receiving credit for time served pretrial, and ordered to pay court costs. All counts are concurrent, count four is consecutive to a specified Chester County case.

He was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days in the Chester County Jail, receiving credit for time served pretrial, to serve a minimum of 75 percent prior to eligibility for work release, furlough, trusty status or rehabilitative programs, all suspended and supervised by Community Corrections. He was ordered to pay court costs, must follow all rules of probation, have no contact with victims or witnesses, submit to random drug and alcohol screens maintain full time employment and must be a full-time student.
