He pled guilty to count three, class A misdemeanor simple possession of schedule I controlled substance, and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days in the Chester County Jail, with credit for time served, a minimum of 75% service prior to eligibility for work release, furlough, trusty status or rehabilitative programs. He was ordered to pay costs plus $750 in fines. Brasfield pled guilty to count five, class A misdemeanor possession of unlawful drug paraphernalia uses and activities, and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days in the Chester County Jail, a minimum of 75% service prior to eligibility for work release, furlough, trusty status or rehabilitative programs, and was ordered to pay costs plus $150 in fines. All counts are concurrent.
Brian Knight, 39, pled guilty to counts one/two (merged), class C felony robbery. He was sentenced to six years in a TDOC facility at 30% service prior to release eligibility, receiving credit for time served pretrial, and ordered to pay court costs plus $100 in fines and $104 in restitution. He is to have no contact with the victim.

He must maintain full-time employment or be a full-time student, must have no contact with the victim and must submit to random monthly drug and alcohol screens.

Stephinie Lynn Mills, 21, pled guilty to count one, class D felony giving false reports to officer, and was sentenced to four years in a TDOC facility at 30% service prior to release eligibility, receiving credit for time served pretrial, all suspended and supervised, and ordered to pay court costs plus $100 in fines, and to complete 200 hours of unpaid community service. She pled guilty to count two, class C felony tampering with evidence, and was sentenced to four years in a TDOC facility at 30% service prior to release eligibility, with credit for time served pretrial, all suspended and supervised, and ordered to pay costs plus $100 in fines. She must submit to random monthly drug and alcohol screens, must maintain full-time employment or be a full-time student. Any weapon is forfeited to the Henderson Police Department. All counts are concurrent.
