, 36, Finger, was arrested and charged with contempt of court. He was released from the Chester County Jail after posting a $500 cash bond.
Braylen Markell Ellison, 18, Finger, was arrested and charged with simple domestic assault. He was released from the Chester County Jail after posting a $2,000 bond.
Dennis Joseph Patterson, 36, 116 W Third St., was arrested and charged with vandalism, domestic assault and assault with bodily harm. He was released from the Chester County Jail after posting a $25,000 bond.
Roy Lee Wilson, 67, 313 N. Franklin Ave., was arrested and charged with violation of Community Corrections – Misdemeanor. He was released from the Chester County Jail after posting a $250 cash bond.

, 20, Jackson, was arrested and charged with reckless endangerment with weapon and prohibited practice. He was released from the Chester County Jail after posting a $2,000 bond.

, 55, Como, was arrested and charged with domestic assault, public intoxication and resisting arrest. She is held in the Chester County Jail in lieu of a $10,000 bond.
Sean A. Gonzalez Ortiz, 24, 7070 Old Jacks Creeks Road, was arrested and charged with first offense driving under the influence. He was released from the Chester County Jail after posting a $1,000 bond.
A Chester County resident reported a stolen vehicle. According to the report, the vehicle, a 1999 Pontiac had reportedly been taken by an acquaintance and not returned.

Lee Alan Davis
, 47, Cedar Grove, was arrested and charged with fifth offense driving on a canceled/revoked or suspended license, simple possession of a schedule VI controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was released from the Chester County Jail after posting a $2,000 bond.
Multiple complaints were reported regarding large amounts of trash in the roadway on Cave Springs Road and Old Montezuma Road. According to the report, deputies along with the road crew spent approximately one and one-half hours cleaning trash from several locations on Old Montezuma Road, Sate Route 225 and Cave Springs Road. There were reportedly about eight black garbage bags in one area of Cave Springs Road, which had been run over by vehicles, the contents scattered all along the roadway. Two additional garbage bags were found about four miles from the first location. While collecting the trash, deputies retrieved mail containing four names, reportedly identifying the owners of the scattered garbage bags. Criminal Summons for Criminal Littering will be issued for the four people.

, 26, 410 Baughn St., pled guilty to count one, class A misdemeanor first offense DUI, and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days in the Chester County Jail, with credit for time served pretrial, to serve a minimum of 60 days prior to release on probation or Community Corrections, and 75 percent service prior to eligibility for work release, furlough, trusty status or rehabilitative programs, all suspended and supervised by Community Corrections, and ordered to pay court costs plus $ 350 in fines. He pled guilty to count two, Class E felony, evading arrest flight – vehicle, and was sentenced to two years in a TDOC facility, served at 30 percent to release eligibility, receiving credit for time served pretrial, all suspended and supervised, ordered to pay court costs and to complete 48 hours community service. Barham was found guilty of costs three/four (merged) class A misdemeanor driving while license revoked – second or subsequent offense, and ordered to serve 11 months and 29 days in the Chester County Jail, receiving credit for time served pretrial, serve a minimum of 60 days prior to release on probation or Community Corrections, a minimum of 75 percent service prior to eligibility for wok release, furlough, trusty status or rehabilitative programs, all suspended and supervised, and ordered to pay court costs. Barham pled guilty to count five, class C misdemeanor disorderly conduct and was sentenced to 30 days in a correctional facility receiving credit for time served, with a minimum of 75 percent service prior to eligibility for work release, furlough, trusty status or rehabilitative programs, and ordered to pay court costs. He pled guilty to count six, class C misdemeanor speeding, and was sentenced to 30 days in a correctional facility receiving credit for time served, with a minimum of 75 percent service prior to eligibility for work release, furlough, trusty status or rehabilitative programs, and ordered to pay court costs. Barham was found guilty of count seven, class C misdemeanor operating a vehicle without registration, and was sentenced to 30 days in a correctional facility receiving credit for time served, with a minimum of 75 percent service prior to eligibility for work release, furlough, trusty status or rehabilitative programs, and ordered to pay court costs. Finally, Barham pled guilty to count eight, class C misdemeanor violation of the vehicle financial responsibility law. All counts are concurrent. Barham was ordered to serve 60 days day for day, with the balance of sentence on State Probation supervised by Community Corrections. He was to report to serve in December, with no work release, no post plea expungement, must submit to random drug and alcohol screens, must maintain full time employment or be a full-time student, must successfully complete alcohol and drug evaluation within 30 days of release and follow all recommendations. He must successfully complete DUI Safety School and MADD Victim Impact Panel within six months of release. Driving privileges are revoked for one year with ignition interlock required for restricted drivers license during revocation period.
Jeffrey Tyler Jones, 27, Reagan, was found to be in violation of probation. His probation was revoked and reinstated, sentence to begin anew. He must complete all conditions of the original plea agreement, and must report to Community Corrections and rehabilitative program immediately upon release.
John Marcus Jones, 44, Bethel Springs, was found to be in violation of probation. His probation was partially revoked and reinstated, ordered to serve 60 days, sentence to begin anew. His sentence may be suspended upon acceptance into an inpatient rehab facility. If Jones is accepted and enters rehab, successful completion of the program is a condition of probation.

Driving privileges are revoked for a period of eight years with ignition interlock required. He was found guilty of counts four/five/six (merged), class A misdemeanor, driving while license revoked – second or subsequent offense, and sentenced to 11 months and 29 days in the Chester County Jail, receiving credit for time served pretrial, serving a minimum of 75 percent prior to eligibility for work release, furlough, trusty status and rehabilitative programs, and ordered to pay court costs. He pled guilty to count seven, class A misdemeanor domestic assault, and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days in the Chester County Jail receiving credit for time served pretrial, a minimum service of 75 percent prior to release eligibility for work release, furlough, trusty status or rehabilitative programs, and ordered to pay court costs. All counts are concurrent.
James Pope Lanier, II, 46, 955 Peddy Vestal Loop, was found guilty of count one/two (merged), class D felony, DUI fifth offense, and sentenced to serve three years in a TDOC facility at 35 percent to release eligibility, receiving credit for time served pretrial with no work release, no post plea expungement, driving privileges to be revoked for eight years with ignition interlock required during revocation period. He was ordered to pay court costs plus $3,000 in fines. He pled guilty to counts thee/four/five (merged) class A misdemeanor driving while license revoked second or subsequent offense, and sentenced to 11 months and 29 days in the Chester County Jail, receiving credit for time served pretrial, a minimum of 75 percent service prior to eligibility for work release, furlough, trusty status or rehabilitative programs, and ordered to pay court costs.
