, 41, pled guilty to count one/two (merged), class C felony possession of a weapon by a convicted felon. He was sentenced to three years in a TDOC facility at 30% service prior to release eligibility, to serve, receiving credit for time served pretrial. He pled guilty to count three, class A misdemeanor possession of methamphetamine, and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days in the Chester County Jail, with credit for time served pretrial, a mandatory minimum sentence of 30 days due to methamphetamine charges, and ordered to pay costs plus $750 in fines. He pled guilty to count four, class A misdemeanor simple possession of a schedule II controlled substance, and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days in the Chester County Jail, to serve, with credit for time served pretrial. He was ordered to pay all costs plus $750 in fines and to forfeit weapon to arresting agency. All counts are concurrent.
