Elton Land, 52, Ripley, was arrested and charged with driving on a canceled/revoked or suspended license, driving while in possession of methamphetamine, possession of schedule II methamphetamine with intent to manufacture/deliver/sell, tampering with evidence, possession of drug paraphernalia, theft of property from $1,000 to $10,000 (prior to 1-1-2017) and simple possession of a schedule VI controlled substance. He is held in the Chester County Jail in lieu of a $100,000 bond.

Christopher Collins, pled guilty to count one, class B felony possession of a weapon by a convicted felon, and was sentenced to eight years in a TDOC facility at 30% service prior to release eligibility, receiving credit for time served pretrial. He pled guilty to count two, class E felony theft of a firearm less than $2,500, and was sentenced to two years in a TDOC facility at 30% service prior to released eligibility, with credit for time served. He pled guilty to count three/four (merged), class A misdemeanor driving on a canceled/revoked or suspended license, and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days in the Chester County Jail, with credit for time served. He is ordered to pay court costs. Sentence is to be served at 85%, consecutive to a specified Madison County case.
