Bradley Garrett
, 30, Sulpher Springs, Texas, was arrested and charged with contempt of court. He was released from the Chester County Jail on his own recognizance.
Sharroy Helms, 47, Jackson, was arrested and charged with conspiracy possession of schedule II cocaine over .5 grams, with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver in a drug free zone and three counts conspiracy to manufacture/sell/deliver schedule II cocaine. He is held in the Chester County Jail without bond.
Christy Davison, 37, Enville, was arrested and charged with vandalism from $2,500 to $10,000. She was released from the Chester County Jail after posting a $1,000 bond.

, 36, pled guilty to class A misdemeanor community supervision violation. He was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days in the Chester County jail with credit for time served pretrial, and ordered to pay court costs, concurrent with a separate specified Chester County case.
Timothy Glynn Davis¸ 36, in a second case, pled guilty to count one, class C felony continuous sexual abuse of a child, and was sentenced to eight years in a TDOC facility at 100% service prior to release eligibility, receiving credit for time served pretrial, concurrent to a separate specified Chester County case and ordered to pay all court costs. He is to have no contact with the victim.

, 25, pled guilty to count one, class C felony aggravated assault – domestic, and was sentenced to four years in a TDOC facility at 30% service prior to release eligibility, receiving credit for time served pretrial, all suspended and supervised and ordered to pay costs. He must pass random drug and alcohol screens, must be a full-time employee or full-time student, must complete a DV-26 class and must continue counseling through Quinco until released. He pled guilty to count two, class C felony aggravated assault – domestic, and was sentenced to four years in a TDOC facility, at 30% service prior to release eligibility, with credit for time served, all suspended and supervised, and ordered to pay costs. He pled guilty to count three, class A misdemeanor domestic assault, and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days in the Chester County Jail, with credit for time served, all suspended and supervised, and ordered to pay costs. Marshall pled guilty to count four, class A misdemeanor domestic assault, and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days in the Chester County Jail, with credit for time served, all suspended and supervised, and ordered to pay costs. He pled guilty to count five, class A misdemeanor vandalism up to $1,000, and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days in the Chester County Jail, with credit for time served pretrial, all suspended and supervised, and ordered to pay costs. All counts are concurrent.
Shauna Kristina Younger, 32, pled guilty to count one, class D felony introducing contraband – intoxicant/drugs into a penal facility, and was sentenced to three years in a TDOC facility at 30% service prior to release eligibility, with credit for time served pretrial, all suspended and supervised, and ordered to pay court costs and to complete 48 hours of community service. Defendant is to be supervised by Intensive State Probation with no work release, no post plea expungement, must compete an alcohol and drug evaluation and successfully follow recommendations, must submit to random monthly drug and alcohol screens, must maintain full-time employment or be a full-time student or show proof of disability. All contraband is forfeited to the arresting agency.
