, aka Memphis Addison Barham, 45, pled guilty to counts one/two (merged), class B felony sale of methamphetamine over .5 grams, and was sentenced to 10 years in a TDOC facility, to serve, at 30% service prior to release eligibility, concurrent with other specified cases, receiving credit for time served pretrial. He was ordered to pay court costs plus $2,000 in fines, and $110 in restitution to Henderson Police Department Drug Fund. Total effective sentence is 10 years to serve with no work release and no post plea expungement. All contraband (firearms, cash, etc.) is forfeited to the arresting agency.

He pled guilty to count seven, class A misdemeanor simple possession of a schedule VI controlled substance and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days in the Chester County Jail with credit for time served, a minimum of 75% service prior to eligibility for work release, furlough, trusty status or rehabilitative programs, and ordered to pay costs plus $250 in fines. He pled guilty to count eight, class A misdemeanor possession of unlawful drug paraphernalia uses and activities and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days in the Chester County Jail, with credit for time served, a minimum of 75% service prior to eligibility for work released, furlough, trusty status or rehabilitative programs, and ordered to pay costs plus $150 in fines. Barham pled guilty to count nine, class A misdemeanor prohibited weapons – knuckles, other, and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days in the Chester County Jail, with credit for time served, a minimum of 75% service prior to eligibility for work release, furlough, trusty status or rehabilitative programs. He pled guilty to counts 11/10 (merged), class A misdemeanor driving on a canceled/revoked or suspended license second or subsequent offense, and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days in the Chester County Jail with credit for time served, a minimum of 75% service prior to eligibility for work release, furlough, trusty status or rehabilitative programs. He pled guilty to count 12, class C misdemeanor failure to yield right of way, and was sentenced to 30 days in the Chester County Jail with credit for time served. Total effective sentence is 10 years to serve concurrent with other specified cases, with no work release and no post plea expungement. All contraband -firearms, cash, etc.- is forfeited to the arresting agency and driving privileges are revoked for a period of one year.
