, 39, 65 Dobber Lane, was arrested and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and seventh offense driving on a canceled/revoked or suspended license. He was released from the Chester County Jail after posting a $2,500 bond.
An attempted break-in was reported at a residence on Wayne Patterson Lane.

Willie Thomas McCurry, Jr., 51, 326 North Church St., was arrested and charged with contempt of court. He was released from the Chester County Jail after posting a $750 bond.
Jerry Alan Oneal, 21, Hornsby, was arrested and charged with violation of implied consent law and first offense driving under the influence. He was released from the Chester County Jail after posting a $2,000 bond.

Michael Anthony Hill, 50, Morris Chapel, was arrested and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and introducing drugs into a county institution. He is held in the Chester County Jail in lieu of a $5,000 bond.
Damen Lee, 53, Paris, was arrested and charged with violation of probation. He was released from the Chester County Jail on his own recognizance, and was transferred to the custody of Madison County.
Deputies responded to Old Friendship Baptist Church on Hunter Lane in regards to the theft of a catalytic converter and wiring from a church van.

, 17, 1280 Wilson School Road, was arrested and charged with aggravated burglary, theft of $1,000 to $2,500 and vandalism. She was charged in Chester County Circuit Court, and booked in and released from the Chester County Jail as ordered by the District Attorney.
Madison Paige Maness, 18, Finger, was arrested and charged with aggravated burglary, theft of $1,000 to $2,500 and vandalism. She was released from the Chester County Jail per the District Attorney.
Theft from a vehicle was reported at a residence on Clarks Creek Road. Missing items included two flashlights valued at $5.

In count two, Matthews pled guilty to class C felony kidnapping and was sentenced to six years in a TDOC facility a 30 percent release eligibly, receiving credit for time served pretrial, and ordered to pay court costs plus $250 in fines. Matthews pled guilty to count three, class D felony theft of property from $1,000 to $10,000, and was sentenced to four years in a TDOC facility a 30 percent release eligibly, receiving credit for time served pretrial, and ordered to pay court costs plus $250 in fines. He pled guilty to count five, class a misdemeanor assault and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days in the Chester County Jail, receiving credit for time served pretrial, with a minimum of 75 percent service prior to eligibility for work release, furlough, trusty status or rehabilitate programs. He was ordered to pay court costs plus $250 in fines. All counts are concurrent.

, 23, was found guilty of class A misdemeanor attempted auto burglary, and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days in the Chester County Jail, receiving credit for time served pretrial, with a minimum of 75 percent service prior to eligibility for work release, furlough, trusty status or rehabilitate programs, all suspended and supervised, and ordered to pay court costs plus complete 24 hours of unpaid community service. She was ordered to follow all rules of probation and be supervised by Community Corrections, have no contact with victims or witnesses, submit to random drug and alcohol screens and must maintain full time employment or be a full-time student. This case is concurrent with a separate specified Chester County Circuit case.

She pled guilty to count four, class B misdemeanor criminal impersonation and was sentenced to 6 months in the Chester County Jail, receiving credit for time served pretrial, with a minimum of 75 percent service prior to eligibility for work release, furlough, trusty status or rehabilitate programs. All counts are concurrent.
