, 22, Bethel Springs, was arrested and charged with driving while in possession of methamphetamine, tampering with or fabricating evidence/destruction of evidence (vandalism), simple possession/casual exchange, driving under the influence, implied consent, disorderly conduct, introducing contraband into a penal institution, manufacture/deliver/sale or possession of methamphetamine and possession with intent and possession of a schedule VI controlled substance. He was released from the Chester County Jail after posting a 25,000 bond.

, Sr., 49, Barham Ave., was arrested and charged with unlawful drug paraphernalia uses and activities and violation of Community Correction (misdemeanor). He is held in the Chester County Jail in lieu of a cash only $2,500 bond.

, 23, 740 Fourth St., was arrested and charged with domestic assault and vandalism. He is released from the Chester County Jail after posting a $1,000 bond.

, 45, Selmer, was arrested and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and evading arrest. He is currently serving time in the Chester County Jail.

David Hysmith
, 45, 476 Forty Forks Road, was arrested and charged with eighth offense driving on a canceled/revoked or suspended license, possession of drug paraphernalia and violation of the vehicle financial responsibility act. He was released from the Chester County Jail after posting a $1,000 bond.
Jamie Nanette Brattin, 69, Huron, was arrested and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and simple possession/casual exchange of marijuana. She was released from the Chester County Jail after posting a $2,000 bond.
A Chester County resident reported having been bitten by a dog while making a delivery at a local residence. No charges were filed, and the owner agreed to make arrangements to ensure it does not happen again.

A Sheriff Deputy responded to a Sweetlips Road home regarding a possible break-in. According to the report, the resident reported someone had broken out the window on the door to a motorhome, but nothing was known to be missing at the time of the report. Damage was estimated at $100.
Michael Morrison, 45, 5060 St. Rt. 225,, was arrested and charged with aggravated burglary (criminal attempt), resisting stop/frisk/halt, simple possession of a schedule VI controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of prohibited weapons and driving on a canceled/revoked or suspended license. He was released from the Chester County Jail on a medical furlough.

A deputy responded to report of a shed on fire on Old Jacks Creek Road. Upon arrival, Chester County Fire Department units were already on scene.

, 47, of Olive HIll, Tenn., was arrested and charged with theft of property from $10,000 to $60,000. He was released from the Chester County Jail to Sumner County Corrections after posting a $50,000 bond.
Dawn Marie Scott, 37, 151 North Carolina Ave., was arrested and charged with aggravated assault and vandalism. She was released from the Chester County Jail after posting a $20,000 bond.
Monica Maria Starks, 26, of Jackson, was arrested and charged with violation of sex offender residential and work restrictions and sex offender registration form contents. She was released from the Chester County Jail after posting a $1,000 bond.

, 46, Lexington, was arrested and charged with contempt of court. He is held in the Chester County Jail in lieu of a $3,000 bond.

Bryan Gregory Black
, 36, of Indiana, was arrested and charged with contempt of court. He was released from the Chester County Jail after posting a $500 cash bond.
March 22, 2020
A Chester County resident reported vandalism to a mailbox. According to the report, the mailbox was destroyed and would have to be replaced.
