She is held in the Chester County Jail in lieu of $100,000 bond.

David N. Boone, 38, Finger, was arrested and charged with possession of a schedule II controlled substance, simple possession, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a firearm while under the influence. He is held in the Chester County Jail in lieu of a $150,000 bond.
Sarah E. Thomas, 29, Halls, was arrested and charged with simple possession, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a schedule II controlled substance and criminal impersonation. She is held in the Chester County Jail on a $1,000 bond.

Cedrick Leroy Shelton, 37, was found guilty by jury of counts one/two (merged) class E felony possession of schedule VI drugs with intent, and was sentenced to four years in a TDOC facility at 35 percent to release eligibility consecutive to 10 year sentences in counts seven and eight, with credit for time served pretrial, and ordered to pay costs plus $2,500 in fines. He was found guilty of count four class D felony possession of a firearm with intent to go armed, and was sentenced to six years in a TDOC facility, consecutive to counts two, five and six, with credit for time served pretrial, and ordered to pay costs plus $5,000 in fines. The weapon is forfeited to the Chester County Sheriff’s Department. Shelton was found guilty of count five, class A misdemeanor possession of unlawful drug paraphernalia uses and activities, and sentenced to 11 months and 29 days in the Chester County Jail, concurrent with count two, receiving credit for time served pretrial, a minimum of 75 percent service prior to eligibility for work release, furlough, trusty status or rehabilitative programs, and ordered to pay costs plus $150 in fines. He was found guilty of count six, class C misdemeanor violation of registration plate law, and was sentenced to 30 days in the Chester County Jail, concurrent with counts two and five, to serve, receiving credit for time served pretrial. He was found guilty of count seven, class C felony possession of a weapon by a convicted drug felon, and was sentenced to serve 10 years in a TDOC facility, concurrent with count four, consecutive to counts two, five and six. The weapon was forfeited to the Chester County Sheriff’s Department. Shelton was found guilty of count eight, class C felony possession of a weapon by convicted drug felon, and was sentenced to serve 10 years concurrent with counts four and seven, and consecutive to counts two, five and six. The weapon is forfeited to the Chester County Sheriff’s Department.
Eden Leshae Sowins, 29, pled guilty to counts one, two and three, each a class B felony aggravated child abuse/neglect/endangerment (age eight and under), and was sentenced to 10 years in a TDOC facility at 30 percent to release eligibility, with credit for time served pretrial, to serve 60 days prior to release on probation, all suspended and supervised by Community Corrections, and ordered to pay costs plus $100 in fines in each count separately. Defendant is to serve 60 days, day for day, in the local county jail, must have no contact with victims in this case, must submit to random monthly drug and alcohol screens, must maintain full time employment or be a full-time student, must successfully complete a long-term inpatient drug treatment program as a condition of probation.
Eden Leshae Sowins, the same as above, pled guilty to count one class A misdemeanor possession of unlawful drug paraphernalia uses and activities, and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days in the Chester County Jail, receiving credit for time served pretrial, 60 days service prior to release on probation, a minimum of 75 percent service prior to eligibility for work release, furlough, trusty status or rehabilitative programs, all suspended and supervised, and ordered to pay court costs plus $150 in fines, in addition to meeting conditions described in a separate, specified Chester County Circuit Court case. Sowins pled guilty to count two, class A misdemeanor possession of methamphetamine, and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days in the Chester County Jail, with credit for time served pretrial, a minimum of 75 percent service prior to eligibility for work release, furlough, trusty status or rehabilitative programs, all suspended and supervised, and ordered to pay costs plus $750 in fines. She pled guilty to count three, class C misdemeanor, unlawful possession without a prescription, and was sentenced to serve 30 days in the Chester County Jail, with credit for time served pretrial, a minimum of 75 percent service prior to eligibility for work release, furlough, trusty status or rehabilitative programs, and ordered to pay court costs plus $10 in fines. All counts are concurrent with each other and with a separate specified Chester County Circuit Court case.
