, 41, Medina, was arrested and charged with failure to exercise due care, violation of the vehicle financial responsibility act, evading arrest, possession of a legend drug without a prescription and unlawful drug paraphernalia uses and activities. He is held in the Chester County Jail in lieu of a $2,500 bond.
Ashlea Loise Williams, 36, Medina, was arrested and charged with unlawful drug paraphernalia uses and activities. She was released from the Chester County Jail after posting a $1,000 bond.
Jinger Box, 42, Medina, was arrested and charged with possession of legend drugs without a prescription and unlawful drug paraphernalia uses and activities. She was released from the Chester County Jail on her own recognizance.

, 55, 342 Morningview Cove, was arrested and charged with simple domestic assault and vandalism. He is held in the Chester County Jail with no bond.
Harold Prince Williams, 52, Selmer, was arrested and charged with altering/falsifying or forging auto titles or assignment of plates (counterfeiting/forgery), failure to carry license and use of stolen/lost vehicle license plate. He was released from the Chester County Jail after posting a $2,000 bond.

¸ 39, pled guilty to count one, class A misdemeanor vandalism up to $1,000, and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days in the Chester County Jail, with credit for time served pretrial, consecutive to count two, a minimum of 75 percent service required prior to eligibility for work release, furlough, trusty status or rehabilitative programs, all suspended and supervised by Community Corrections. She was ordered to pay costs and $100 in fines, and to complete 100 hours of unpaid community service. She must have no unwanted contact with victims in this case, must submit to random monthly drug and alcohol screens, and must maintain full time employment or be a full-time student. She pled guilty to count two, class A misdemeanor vandalism up to $1,000, and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days in the Chester County Jail, consecutive to count 1, a minimum of 75 percent service required prior to eligibility for work release, furlough, trusty status and rehabilitative programs, all suspended and supervised by Community Corrections. She was ordered to pay costs plus $100 in fines, have no unwanted contact with the victims in this case, submit to random monthly drug and alcohol screens and maintain full time employment or be a full-time student.
