Roger Dale Garrett, 54, 30 Easy Lane, was arrested and charged with second offense driving under the influence, second offense driving on a canceled/revoked or suspended license and domestic assault. He is held in the Chester County Jail in lieu of a $4,000 bond.
Darnita Marie McNeal, 31, 2190 Plainview Road, was arrested and charged with violation of Community Corrections. She was released from the Chester County Jail after posting a $550 cash bond.

Mickey Glenn White, 59, Bethel Springs, was arrested and charged with second offense driving under the influence, second offense driving on a canceled/revoked or suspended license, possession of schedule II controlled substance, possession of schedule I controlled substance, possession of schedule V controlled substance, criminal impersonation and possession of drug paraphernalia and violation of the implied consent law. He is currently serving 60 days in the Chester County Jail.

Julie Anne Mosier, 30, Jacks Creek, was arrested and charged with violation of Community Corrections. She is held in the Chester County Jail without bond.
A window unit air conditioner was reportedly stolen from an RV on Sweetlips Road. According to the report, it appeared some person or persons had broken the window out of the door of the RV to gain entry.
A Chester County resident reported several items were taken from a property on Pisgah Road. According to the report missing items include a 25-foot silver logging chain valued at $50, a red Skillsaw valued at $100 and a 100-foot yellow heavy duty extension cord valued at $100.

Chad Aramis Poole, 37, 1295 Old Jackson Road, was arrested and charged with sexual battery. He was released from the Chester County Jail after posting a $20,000 bond.
Dakota Chance Redmon, 25, Enville, was arrested and charged with second offense driving on a canceled/revoked or suspended license and violation of the vehicle financial responsibility law. He was released from the Chester County Jail after posting a $1,500 bond.
Doris Ruth Sisco, 78, was arrested and charged with simple assault. She was released from the Chester County Jail on her own recognizance.
