A Chester County resident reported a pickup truck missing from a Short Farrow Road address. The truck was described as a beige 2001 two-door Ford F-150 valued at $8,000. In addition, the residents reported a second truck on the property having been burglarized. Missing items included two tool bags – one bag and one hard case – containing a metric wrench set and SK Wayne half-inch socket set, valued at $250. A Garmin GPS was also missing from the truck.
Deputies responded to reports of a suspicious person at another Short Farrow Road address, described as a slender white male with long hair and camouflaged clothing.

Jimmy G. Melton, Jr., 53, Lexington, was arrested and charged with violation of Community Corrections. He is held in the Chester County Jail without bond.
Charles Johathan Murphy, 25, Sardis, was arrested and charged with two counts criminal trespassing, theft under $1,000, burglary other than habitation, auto burglary and theft from $2,500 to $10,000. He is held in the Chester County Jail without bond.
Jennifer Diane Williams, 35, Huron, was arrested and charged with contempt of court. She was released from the Chester County Jail on her own recognizance.

James Samuel Copeland, 42, Savannah, was arrested and charged with violation of Community Corrections. He was released from the Chester County Jail after posting a $1,400 cash bond.
Benjamin Scott Kilzer, 30, 1365 Parker Loop, was arrested and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, driving while unlicensed and felony violation of Community Corrections. He is held in the Chester County Jail in lieu of a $2,000 bond for two charges, and no bond for the third.
Kevin Brent Willis, 47, 280 Barclay Loop, was arrested and charged with felony possession of a weapon, carry of weapon with intent to go armed, possession of a weapon by a convicted felon, allowing animals to roam at large, possession of Hydrocodone, simple possession, possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia – attempt. He is held in the Chester County Jail in lieu of $250,000 bond.

A Clifford Road resident reported a missing vehicle. The vehicle was described as a black spray painted GMC Sierra extended cab truck with three matching “bullet hole” style wheels and one spare, valued at $2,500.
