He is to have no contact of any kind with victims and witnesses, must submit to random monthly drug and alcohol screens and must maintain full time employment or be a full-time student. He pled guilty to count three, class B misdemeanor assault and was sentenced to six months in the Chester County Jail, to serve, with credit for time served pretrial with a minimum of 75 percent service prior to work release, furlough, trusty status or rehabilitative programs, and ordered to pay $50 in fines. He pled guilty to count four, class A misdemeanor domestic assault, and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days in the Chester County Jail with credit for time served pretrial, to serve a minimum of 8 months prior to release on probation or Community Corrections and a minimum of 75 percent prior to eligibility for work release, furlough, trusty status or rehabilitative programs, suspended and supervised, and ordered to pay $50 in fines. Rowsey pled guilty to count five, class C felony aggravated burglary and was sentenced to eight years in a TDOC facility at 35 percent prior to release eligibility with credit for time served pretrial, a minimum of eight months prior to release on probation or Community Corrections and 75 percent prior to eligibility for work release, furlough, trusty status or rehabilitative programs, suspended and supervised and ordered to pay $100 in fines. All counts are concurrent.

He pled guilty to count two/three (merged) class A misdemeanor second or subsequent offense driving while license revoked, and sentenced to 11 months and 29 days in the Chester County Jail with credit for time served pretrial, a minimum of 75 percent prior to eligibility for work release, furlough, trusty status and rehabilitative programs, all suspended and supervised, ordered to pay $100 in fines. All counts are concurrent with a specified Chester County General Sessions case and Counts two and three to run consecutively to count one.
Tavoris Clark, 31,pled guilty to count one, class C felony aggravated assault – use or deadly weapon, and sentenced to four years in a TDOC facility, to serve, at 30 percent prior to release eligibility with credit for time served pretrial, ordered to pay $100 in fines and to have no contact of any kind and must stay away from victim and witnesses, and forfeited his weapon. He pled guilty to count two, class A misdemeanor domestic assault and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days in a TDOC facility, to serve, with credit for time served pretrial and a minimum of 75 percent service prior to eligibility for work release, furlough, trusty status or rehabilitative programs and ordered to pay $50 in fines. Clark pled guilty to count three, class C felony reckless endangerment – discharge of firearm and was sentenced to four years in a TDOC facility, to serve, at 30 percent prior to release eligibility, with credit for time served pretrial and ordered to pay $100 in fines. He pled guilty to count four, class C misdemeanor possession of a weapon with intent to go armed and was sentenced to 30 days in a TDOC facility, to serve, with credit for time served pretrial, a minimum of 75 percent service prior to work release, furlough, trusty status or rehabilitative programs. He pled guilty to count five, class A misdemeanor possession of handgun while under the influence and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days in a TDOC facility, to serve, with credit for time served pretrial, a minimum of 75 percent service prior to eligibility for work release, trusty status or rehabilitative programs. Clark pled guilty to count six, class A misdemeanor simple possession and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days in a TDOC facility, to serve, with credit for time served pretrial, a minimum of 75 percent service prior to eligibility for work release, trusty status or rehabilitative programs and ordered to pay $250 in fines. All counts are concurrent.
