Clark pled guilty to count five, class A misdemeanor possession of handgun while under the influence, and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days in a TDOC facility with credit for time served pretrial and a minimum of 75 percent service prior to eligibility for work release, furlough, trusty status or rehabilitative programs. He pled guilty to count six, class A misdemeanor simple possession of marijuana and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days in a TDOC facility, with credit for time served pretrial, a minimum of 75 percent service prior to eligibility for work release, furlough, trusty status or rehabilitative programs, and ordered to pay $250 in fines. All counts are concurrent. He is to have no contact of any kind and must stay away from victim and witnesses and must forfeit his weapon.

She is to follow all rules of probation, have no contact with victims or witnesses, submit to random drug and alcohol screens, must maintain full time employment or be a full-time student, and to complete alcohol and drug assessment and follow recommendations. All counts are concurrent with each other and with a separate specified Chester County Case.

He pled guilty to count six, class A misdemeanor possession of unlawful drug paraphernalia uses and activities, and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days in the Chester County Jail, with credit for time served pretrial, and ordered to pay $150 in fines. All counts are concurrent.
William O. Hallman Jr., 38, pled guilty to counts one and counts two, each class B felony aggravated child abuse under 6 year old – attempt, and was sentenced to ten years in a TDOC facility at 30 percent prior to release eligibility, receiving credit for time served pretrial, a minimum of 11 months and 29 days incarceration prior to release on probation or Community Corrections, all suspended and supervised by Community Corrections, and ordered to pay $500 in fines for each count. He is to follow all rules of probation, have no contact with witnesses, submit to random drug and alcohol screens, must maintain full time employment or be a full-time student, no contact with victims except through orders of McNairy County Juvenile Court. All counts are concurrent.
