He pled guilty to count six, class A misdemeanor simple possession of marijuana and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days in a TDOC facility, with credit for time served pretrial, a minimum of 75 percent service prior to eligibility for work release, furlough, trusty status or rehabilitative programs, and ordered to pay $250 in fines. All counts are concurrent. He is to have no contact of any kind and must stay away from victim and witnesses and must forfeit his weapon.
