Christopher Blake Brown, 35, Finger, was arrested and charged with violation of Community Corrections. He is held in the Chester County Jail waiting to be released to a rehabilitation facility.
A backpack was reportedly found on Wilson School Road, and turned into the Chester County Sheriff’s Dept. The backpack is described as a black and grey Louisville Slugger Brand bag, and contained plastic bags, ink pens, clothing and other items.

Tyler Ray Ketchum, 26, Walnut, Miss., was arrested and charged with violation of Community Corrections. He is currently serving time in the Chester County Jail.
Eric James Shorter, 22, Bethel Springs, was arrested and charged with theft of property. He was released from the Chester County Jail after posting a $10,000 bond.
