, 38, pled guilty to count one class D felony theft of property $2,500 to $10,000, and was sentenced to four years in a TDOC facility at 35 percent service prior to release eligibility, all suspended and supervised by Community Corrections. She was ordered to have no contact with victims or witnesses, submit to random drug and alcohol screens, maintain full time employment or be a full-time student, and must complete long term inpatient rehabilitation as a condition of probation.
Hope Rogers, 38, in a separate case from that above, pled guilty to count one/two/three (merged), class A misdemeanor driving on a canceled or revoked license (second or subsequent offense) and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days in the Chester County Jail, with credit for time served pretrial, all suspended and supervised by Community Corrections. She was ordered to have no contact with victims or witnesses, must submit to random drug and alcohol screens, maintain full time employment or be a full-time student, and must complete a long term inpatient rehabilitation as a condition of probation. Rogers pled guilty to count four, class A misdemeanor theft up to $1,000. She was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days in the Chester County Jail, with credit for time served, all suspended and supervised.

She must submit to random drug and alcohol screens, must maintain full time employment or be a full-time student and must complete long term inpatient rehabilitation as a condition of probation. Rogers pled guilty to count four, class C felony possession of a weapon by a convicted felon, and was sentenced to six years in a TDOC facility at 35 percent to release eligibility, receiving credit for time served pretrial, all suspended and supervised by Community Corrections.

Sean Patrick Fesmire
, 23, pled guilty to aggravated sexual battery. He was sentenced to serve 18 years in a TDOC facility at 100 percent. He is to have no contact with victims or witnesses, and must register as a sex offender.
