Ricky Mauldin
, 33, pled guilty to class E felony theft of property from $1,000 to $2,500. He was sentenced to five years in a TDOC facility, to serve concurrently with a separate specified Chester County case, at 45 percent prior to release eligibility, receiving credit for time served pretrial. He was ordered to have no contact with victims or witnesses if released.
Ricky Mauldin, 33, in a second case, pled guilty to count one, class D felony theft of property from $2,500 to $10,000, and was sentenced to 10 years in a TDOC facility at 45 percent service prior to release eligibility, with credit for time served pretrial. He pled guilty to count two, class D felony evading arrest vehicle with risk of death, and was sentenced to 10 years in a TDOC facility at 45 percent prior to release eligibility, with credit for time served pretrial. Mauldin pled guilty to count three, class E felony reckless endangerment with vehicle, and was sentenced to five years in a TDOC facility at 45 percent prior to release eligibility and credit for time served. He pled guilty to count four/five (merged), class A misdemeanor driving while license revoked – second or subsequent violation. He was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days in the Chester County Jail, with credit for time served. He pled guilty to count six, class C misdemeanor failure of vehicle to stop at all stop signs. He was sentenced to 30 days in the Chester County Jail, with credit for time served pretrial. Mauldin pled guilty to count seven, class C misdemeanor driving on roadways laned for traffic. He was sentenced to 30 days in the Chester County Jail with credit for time served pretrial. He was ordered to pay court costs and to have no contact with victims or witnesses. All counts are concurrent with each other and concurrent with a separate specified Chester County case.

, 37, pled guilty to count one, class C felony aggravated burglary. She was sentenced to five years in a TDOC facility at 30 percent prior to release eligibility. She pled guilty to count two, class E felony theft of property $1,000 to $2,500, and was sentenced to two years in a TDOC facility at 30 percent service prior to release eligibility. All counts are concurrent with each other and with a separate specified Chester County case, and to be served consecutively to a specified Lauderdale County case.

, 47, pled guilty to count one, class D felony fraudulent use of credit/debit card from $1,000 to $10,000, and was sentenced to eight years in a TDOC facility at 45 percent service prior to release eligibility, with credit for time served pretrial, all suspended and supervised by Community Corrections. He was ordered to pay $8,250 in restitution, complete 100 hours of unpaid community service and follow all rules of probation. He is to have no contact with victims or witnesses, must submit to random drug and alcohol screens and maintain full time employment or be a full-time student.

He was ordered to pay $9,000 in restitution, complete 100 hours of unpaid community service and follow all rules of probation. He is to have no contact with victims or witnesses, must submit to random drug and alcohol screens and maintain full time employment or be a full-time student. This sentence is consecutive to a separate specified Chester County case.
