Chris Michael Hatch, 38, 691 Luray Ave., was arrested and charged with failure to exercise due care, second offense driving on a canceled/revoked or suspended license, contempt of court,  three counts aggravated criminal trespass, two counts vandalism up to $1,000 and vandalism. He was released from the Chester County Jail to Hardeman County, after posting a $5,000 bond.

Randy J. Hester, 56, Finger, was arrested and charged with second offense driving under the influence and implied consent. He was released from the Chester County Jail after posting a $3,500 cash bond.
