Makayla Burton, 25, 375 Memory Lane, was arrested and charged with violation of Community Corrections – Misdemeanor. She is currently serving time in the Chester County Jail while awaiting placement at a rehabilitation facility.
Justin Davis, 38, Antioch, was arrested and charged with driving on a canceled/revoked or suspended license. He was released from the Chester County Jail after posting a $1,000 bond.

Raheen Fitzhugh, 27, Bolivar, was arrested and charged with tampering with evidence and simple possession of a Schedule VI controlled substance. He was released from the Chester County Jail after posting a $1,000 bond.
Richard Krueger, 29, 384 Second St., was arrested and charged with possession of a handgun while under the influence, driving under the influence and violation of the open container law. He was released from the Chester County Jail after posting a $1,000 bond.

Eric Cruz, 41, Savannah, was arrested and charged with violation of Community Corrections – Misdemeanor. He is held in the Chester County Jail in lieu of a $2,250 cash only bond.

Richard Henley, 46, 3824 Hwy 45, was arrested and charged with contempt of court, theft of property from $1,000 to $2,000 and evading arrest. He is held in the Chester County Jail without bond.

Valerie Chambers, 19, Bethel Springs, was arrested and charged with contempt of court. She was released from the Chester County Jail on time served.
Mark Long, 43, 756 Holly Dr., was arrested and charged with domestic assault. He is held in the Chester County Jail in lieu of a $10,000 bond.

Matthew Austin, 30, Alabama, was arrested and charged with contempt of court. He is held in the Chester County Jail in lieu of a $4,000 bond.
Jeremy Kilburn, 30, Rowsey School Road, was arrested and charged with contempt of court. He was released from the Chester County Jail on his own recognizance.
