Thomas Charles Haenitsch, 34, was arrested and charged with unlawful drug paraphernalia uses and activities, simple possession/casual exchange and possession of a legend drug without a prescription. He was released from the Chester County Jail to McNairy County.

Cherly Tichenor, 42, Pulaski, was arrested and charged with vandalism under $1,000. She was released from the Chester County Jail on her own recognizance.
Teresa Wilson, 43, Henderson, was arrested and charged with violation of Community Corrections – Misdemeanor. She is held in the Chester County Jail without bond.

, 38, Henderson, was arrested and charged with possession of schedule II methamphetamine with intent to manufacture/sell/or deliver, resisting arrest, possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a weapon by a convicted felon and simply possession of a schedule VI drug. He is held in the Chester County Jail without bond.
Wesley Glidewell, 39, Henderson, was arrested and charged with theft of property $1,000 or less. He was released from the Chester County Jail after posting a $1,000 bond.
Streety Young, 25, Henderson, was arrested and charged with forgery up to $1,000. He was released from the Chester County Jail after posting a $2,000 bond.

He pled guilty to count three, class D felony theft of property $2,500 to $10,000, and was sentenced to serve four years in a TDOC facility at 35% service prior to release eligibility, with credit for time served, and ordered to pay $2,007 in restitution. Murphy pled guilty to count four, class C misdemeanor criminal trespass, and was sentenced to 30 days in the Chester County Jail with credit for time served. He pled guilty to count five, class A misdemeanor theft of property up to $1,000, and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days in the Chester County Jail, with credit for time served pretrial. He pled guilty to count six, class C misdemeanor criminal trespass, and was sentenced to 30 days in the Chester County Jail, with credit for time served pretrial. He was ordered to pay court costs and to have no contact with victims if released. All counts are concurrent.
Hilkiaa-James E. Wynn, 37, pled guilty to count one, class A misdemeanor forgery up to $1,000, and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days in the Chester County Jail, receiving credit for time served pretrial, all suspended and supervised by Community Corrections. He was ordered to pay costs plus $1,125 in restitution. He pled guilty to count two, class A misdemeanor forgery up to $1,000, and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days in the Chester County Jail, with credit for time served, all suspended and supervised by Community Corrections. He was ordered to pay costs plus $1,125 in restitution. Wynn pled guilty to count three, class A misdemeanor forgery up to $1,000, and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days in the Chester County Jail, with credit for time served pretrial, all suspended and supervised by Community Corrections, and ordered to pay costs plus $1,125 in restitution. He pled guilty to count four, class A misdemeanor theft up to $1,000, and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days in the Chester County Jail, with credit for time served pretrial, all suspended and supervised by Community Corrections. He was ordered to pay court costs plus $1,125 in restitution and to follow all rules of probation, have no contact with victims or witnesses, must submit to random drug and alcohol screens and maintain full time employment or be a full-time student. All counts are concurrent.
