, 21, pled guilty to count one, class D felony reckless endangerment with firearm discharge. He was sentenced to four years in a TDOC facility, at 30 percent service prior to release eligibility, receiving credit for time served pretrial, all suspended and supervised by Community Corrections. He was ordered to pay costs plus $2,350 in restitution, and to complete 100 hours of community service. He pled guilty to count two, class A misdemeanor vandalism up to $1,000, and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days in the Chester County Jail, with credit for time served, all suspended and supervised by Community Corrections. He is to follow all rules of probation, have no contact with victims or witnesses, must submit to random drug and alcohol screens, must maintain full time employment or be a full-time student. Weapons or cash are seized and forfeited to the Chester County Sheriff Department. All counts are concurrent with each other and consecutive to a separate, specified Chester County Circuit case.
Tristan Breshawn Vincent, 21, in a second case, pled guilty to counts one/two (merged), class E felony possession of schedule VI drugs, with intent to sell. He was sentenced to two years in a TDOC facility at 30 percent service prior to release eligibility, all suspended and supervised by Community Corrections, and ordered to pay court costs plus $2,000 in fines, and to complete 100 hours of community service. He pled guilty to count three, class A misdemeanor possession of unlawful drug paraphernalia uses and activities, and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days in the Chester County Jail, all suspended and supervised by Community Corrections, and ordered to pay costs plus $150 in fines and to complete 100 hours of community service. Breshawn pled guilty to count four, class C misdemeanor, possession of a legend drug. He was sentenced to 30 days in the Chester County Jail, all suspended and supervised by Community Corrections, and ordered to complete 100 hours of community service. He is to follow all rules of probation, have no contact with victims or witnesses, must submit to random drug and alcohol screens, must maintain full time employment or be a full-time student. Weapons or cash are seized and forfeited to the Chester County Sheriff Department. All counts are concurrent with each other and consecutive to a separate, specified Chester County Circuit case.

Shonda Renee Davis
, 46, pled guilty to class B felony attempted aggravated child abuse/neglect/endangerment of a child under eight years of age. She was sentenced to nine years in a TDOC facility at 30 percent service prior to release eligibility, receiving credit for time served pretrial, all suspended and supervised by Community Corrections. She was ordered to pay costs and must follow all rules of probation, complete a recovery court program as a condition of probation, must obtain an alcohol and drug assessment and follow recommendations, have no contact with victim except as allowed by DCS and Juvenile Court and must maintain full time employment or be a full-time student.
