He pled guilty to count seven, class C misdemeanor violation of the vehicle financial responsibility law, and was ordered to pay a $10 fine. He is to pay all court costs. He is to follow all rules of probation, have no contact with victims or witnesses, must submit to random drug and alcohol screens, must maintain full time employment or be a full-time student and must complete an alcohol and drug evaluation and follow any recommendations.
