He pled guilty to count seven, class B misdemeanor reckless driving, and was sentenced to six months in the Chester County Jail with credit for time served pretrial, 90 days incarceration to be served prior to release on probation or Community Corrections, all suspended and supervised by Community Corrections. Smith is ordered to pay court costs to follow all rules of probation, have no contact with victims or witnesses, must submit to random drug and alcohol screens and must maintain full time employment or be a full-time student. All counts are concurrent.

He was ordered to pay $50 in fines. He Benedict pled guilty to count four, class A misdemeanor vandalism up to $1,000, and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days in the Chester County Jail, with credit for time served, a minimum of 75 percent service prior to eligibility for work release, furlough, trusty status or rehabilitative programs. He pled guilty to count seven, class A misdemeanor vandalism up to $1,000, and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days in the Chester County Jail with credit for time served pretrial, a minimum of 75 percent service prior to eligibility for work release, furlough, trusty status or rehabilitative programs. He is ordered to pay court costs and is to have no contact with victims or witnesses, if released. All counts are concurrent with each other, and with a specified Alabama sentence.

He pled guilty to count three, class A misdemeanor possession of unlawful drug paraphernalia uses and activities and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days in the Chester County Jail with credit for time served pretrial, a minimum of 75 percent service prior to eligibility for work release, furlough, trusty status or rehabilitative programs, all suspended and supervised, and ordered to pay $150 in fines and to complete 100 hours of community service. He pled guilty to count four, class B misdemeanor driving while license revoked, and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days in the Chester County Jail with credit for time served pretrial, a minimum of 75 percent service prior to eligibility for work release, furlough, trusty status or rehabilitative programs, all suspended and supervised, and was ordered to complete 100 hours of community service. Kinard pled guilty to count five, class C misdemeanor failure to carry registration certificiate, and was sentenced to 30 days in the Chester County Jail with credit for time served pretrial, a minimum of 75 percent service prior to eligibility for work release, furlough, trusty status or rehabilitative programs, all suspended and supervised, and ordered to pay $50 in fines and to complete 100 hours of community service. He pled guilty to count six, class C misdemeanor driving unregistered vehicle on highway, and was sentenced to 30 days in the Chester County Jail with credit for time served pretrial, a minimum of 75 percent service prior to eligibility for work release, furlough, trusty status or rehabilitative programs, all suspended and supervised, and ordered to pay $50 in fines and must complete 100 hours of community service. He pled guilty to count seven, class C misdemeanor violation of the vehicle financial responsibility law, and was ordered to pay a $10 fine. He is to pay all court costs. He is to follow all rules of probation, have no contact with victims or witnesses, must submit to random drug and alcohol screens, must maintain full time employment or be a full-time student and must complete an alcohol and drug evaluation and follow any recommendations. All counts are concurrent.
