Kaela Gunn, 20, Henderson, was arrested and charged with driving on a canceled/revoked or suspended license with priors. She was released from the Chester County Jail after posting a $1,000 bond.
Frankey McNeal, 52, Jackson, was arrested and charged with contempt of court. His bond was reinstated and he was released from the Chester County Jail.
