Johnny Morris, 60, Finger, was arrested and charged with introducing contraband into a penal institution, possession of a schedule I controlled substance with intent to deliver or sell, driving on a canceled/revoked or suspended license with priors and possession of schedule II methamphetamine with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver. He is held in the Chester County Jail in lieu of a $20,000 bond.

, 26, Lexington, was arrested and charged with violation of Community Corrections – Misdemeanor. He was released from the Chester County Jail with time served.
Marquis Mickens, 44, Henderson, was arrested and charged with possession of a schedule I controlled substance with intent to deliver or sell, unlawful possession of a weapon and driving on a canceled/revoked or suspended license with four priors. He is held in the Chester County Jail without bond.
Nikki Seals, 35, Henderson, was arrested and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of schedule II methamphetamine with intent, violation of a drug free zone, possession of a schedule I controlled substance with intent to deliver or sell and introducing contraband into a penal facility. She is held in the Chester County Jail in lieu of a $20,000 bond.

, 30, Luray, was arrested and charged with possession of a schedule IV controlled substance with intent in a drug free zone, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of schedule II methamphetamine with intent in a drug free zone, driving on a canceled/revoked or suspended license and possession of schedule II methamphetamine. He was released from the Chester County Jail after posting a $5,000 bond.
David Trullet, 21, Henderson, was arrested and charged with contempt of court. He was released from the Chester County Jail after posting a $1,000 bond

Michael Rouse, 63, Henderson, was arrested and charged with aggravated domestic assault and strangulation. He was released from the Chester County Jail after posting a $5,000 bond.

Tristan Breshawn Vincent
, 22, pled guilty to count one/two (merged), class E felony possession of schedule VI drugs with intent to sell/deliver, and was sentenced to two years in a TDOC facility at 30 percent prior to release eligibility, all suspended and supervised by Community Corrections. He was ordered to pay costs plus $2,000 in fines and to complete 100 hours of community service. He pled guilty to count three, class A misdemeanor possession of unlawful drug paraphernalia uses and activities and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days in the Chester County Jail, all suspended and supervised by Community Corrections. He was ordered to pay costs plus $150 in fines, and to complete 100 hours of Community Service. Vincent pled guilty to count four, class C misdemeanor possession of a legend drug, and was sentenced to 30 days in the Chester County Jail, all suspended and supervised by Community Corrections, and ordered to pay costs and to complete 100 hours of community service. He is to follow all rules of probation, have no contact with victims or witnesses, must maintain full time employment or be a full-time student and all weapons and cash are seized to be forfeited to Chester County Sheriff’s Department. All counts are concurrent with each other and consecutive to a separate specified Chester County case.

, 36, appeared and was found guilty in four separate cases. In the first case, Horn pled guilty to count one/two (merged), class C felony possession/deliver of methamphetamine less than .5 grams, and was sentenced to four years in a TDOC facility, to serve, at 30 percent service prior to release eligibility, receiving credit for time served pretrial, and ordered to pay costs plus $2,000 in fines. In the second case, he pled guilty to count one/two (merged), class B felony possession/deliver of methamphetamine more than .5 grams, and was sentenced to 10 years in a TDOC facility, to serve, at 30 percent until release eligibility, with credit for time served pretrial, and ordered to pay costs plus $2,000 in fines. In the third case, Horn pled guilty to count one/two class B felony possession/deliver of methamphetamine over .5 grams, and was sentenced to 10 years in a TDOC facility, to serve, at 30 percent service prior to release eligibility, with credit for time served, and ordered to pay costs plus $2,000 in fines. In the fourth case, he pled guilty to count one/two (merged), class B felony possession of methamphetamine with intent to deliver, and was sentenced to 10 years in a TDOC facility, to serve, at 30 percent prior to release eligibility, with credit for time served, and ordered to pay costs plus $2,000 in fines. All counts in these four cases are concurrent with each other.
