, 28, Jackson, was arrested and charged with vandalism from $1,000 to $2,500, driving under the influence, child abuse and neglect, burglar- other than habitation, possession of burglary tools and possession of a schedule II controlled substance with intent to manufacture/deliver/sell. He is held in the Chester County Jail. Bond has not been set.

, 34, Adamsville, was arrested and charged with contempt of court. He was released from the Chester County Jail on his own recognizance.
Wanda Pannell, 47, Finger, was arrested and charged with driving under the influence and introducing contraband into a penal facility. She is held in the Chester County Jail in lieu of a $6,000 bond.
Benjie Wagoner, 41, Bethel Springs, was arrested and charged with contempt of court. He was released from the Chester County Jail on his own recognizance.
Hunter Williams, 31, Henderson, was arrested and charged with violation of probation. He is held in the Chester County Jail without bond.

Delonte Gunn, 19, Jackson, was arrested and charged with theft of property $2,500 to $10,000, reckless driving, evading arrest and evading arrest by motor vehicle. He is held in the Chester County Jail in lieu of a $50,000 bond.
Reginald Turner, 55, Henderson, was arrested and charged with violation of Community Corrections – Misdemeanor. He is held in the Chester County Jail without bond.

, 57, Henderson, was arrested and charged with aggravated burglary and theft of property $2,500 – $10,000. She was released from the Chester County Jail after posting a $2,000 bond.
Larry Vinson, 51, Henderson, was arrested and charged with violation of Community Corrections – Misdemeanor. He is held in the Chester County Jail in lieu of a $2,850 bond.

, 50, pled guilty to class B felony sale of methamphetamine over .5 grams, and was sentenced to 12 years in a TDOC facility at 30% service prior to release eligibility, receiving credit for time served pretrial, to serve 11 months and 29 days in the Chester County Jail, a minimum of 75% service prior to eligibility for work release, furlough, trusty status and rehabilitative programs, all suspended and supervised. She was ordered to pay costs plus $2,000 in fines and $690 in restitution, must submit to random monthly drug and alcohol screens, must maintain full-time employment and must complete recovery court assessment. This case is to be served concurrently with a separate specified Chester County case.

Ryan Allen Shorter, 38, was found guilty of count one, class B aggravated burglary-attempt, and was sentenced to three years in a TDOC facility, to serve, at 30% service prior to release eligibility, receiving credit for time served pretrial. He was ordered to pay $100 in fines plus $1,200 in restitution, and is to have no contact with the victim. He was found guilty of count two, class D felony burglary-other than habitation, and was sentenced to three years, to serve, in a TDOC facility at 30% service prior to release eligibility, with credit for time served. He was ordered to pay $100 in fines and have no contact with victim. Shorter was found guilty of count three, class E theft of property $1,000-$2,500, and was sentenced to two years in a TDOC facility, to serve, at 30% release eligibility with credit for time served, and was ordered to pay $100 in fines. All counts are concurrent.
