Tammy Renee Lambert, 50, pled guilty to class B felony sale of methamphetamine over .5 grams, and was sentenced to 12 years in a TDOC facility at 30% service prior to release eligibility, receiving credit for time served pretrial, to serve 11 months and 29 days in the Chester County Jail, a minimum of 75% service prior to eligibility for work release, furlough, trusty status and rehabilitative programs, all suspended and supervised. She was ordered to pay costs plus $2,000 in fines and $690 in restitution, must submit to random monthly drug and alcohol screens, must maintain full-time employment and must complete recovery court assessment. This case is to be served concurrently with a separate specified Chester County case.

He was ordered to pay $100 in fines plus $1,200 in restitution, and is to have no contact with the victim. He was found guilty of count two, class D felony burglary-other than habitation, and was sentenced to three years, to serve, in a TDOC facility at 30% service prior to release eligibility, with credit for time served. He was ordered to pay $100 in fines and have no contact with victim. Shorter was found guilty of count three, class E theft of property $1,000-$2,500, and was sentenced to two years in a TDOC facility, to serve, at 30% release eligibility with credit for time served, and was ordered to pay $100 in fines. All counts are concurrent.
