, 51, pled guilty to count one, class A misdemeanor domestic assault. He was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days in the Chester County Jail, receiving credit for time served pretrial, a minimum of 75% service prior to eligibility for work release, furlough, trusty status or rehabilitative programs, all suspended and supervised by Community Corrections. He pled guilty to count two, class A misdemeanor domestic assault and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days, consecutive to count one, receiving credit for time served, a minimum of 75% service prior to eligibility for work release, furlough, trusty status or rehabilitative programs, all suspended and supervised by Community Corrections. Rouse was ordered to pay all court costs, to have no contact with victim or witnesses, must submit to random drug and alcohol screens and must complete specified class through Community Corrections.

He pled guilty to count two, class A misdemeanor domestic assault, and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days in a TDOC facility with credit for time served pretrial, a minimum of 75% service prior to eligibility for work release, furlough, trusty status or rehabilitative programs, all suspended and supervised by Community Corrections. Ward pled guilty to count three, class C felony Kidnapping, and was sentenced to six years in a TDOC facility at 30% service prior to release eligibility, receiving credit for time served pretrial, all suspended and supervised by Community Corrections. He pled guilty to count four, class B misdemeanor resisting stop/arrest/search, and was sentenced to six months in a TDOC facility, with credit for time served, a minimum of 75% service prior to eligibility for work release, furlough, trusty status or rehabilitative programs, all suspended and supervised by Community Corrections. All counts are concurrent, and to be served concurrent with a separate specified case and consecutive to another. Ward was ordered to pay all court costs, must pass random monthly drug and alcohol screens, must maintain full-time employment or be a full-time student and must successfully complete long-term inpatient treatment.
