Goldie Ruth Allen Barrett, 83, passed away Sunday, Feb. 23, 2020 in Lexington. Funeral services are scheduled for 11 a.m. Thursday, Feb. 27, in the chapel of Pafford Funeral Home in Scotts Hill. Interment will follow in Scotts Hill Pentecostal Cemetery. She was born July 17, 1936 in Decatur County.
