Jackie Wesley Rowland, 85, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, May 23, 2023, at his home in the Woodville community of Chester County. Funeral services were 11 a.m. Saturday, May 27, at Shackelford Funeral Directors – Crook Avenue with Bro. Anthony Rowland officiating, and speakers were Angela Rowland, Amy Guinn and Scarlett Tull. Burial followed at Woodville – Rowland Cemetery. The family received friends at Crook Avenue from 5-8 p.m. Friday.
He was born Aug. 2, 1937.
